Pros

Booking directly through the website feels much better with this responsive booking engine. The multilingual setup works smoothly and the design makes it simple to move through the process on any device whether I'm on a laptop or using my phone. Real time connection with the planning system keeps availability accurate which adds a lot of confidence when making a reservation. It's a smart tool for increasing direct bookings and revenue while also making the whole booking process more efficient and convenient for travelers.

Cons

Getting started with this software took a little time because the interface requires some time to figure out. Support replies were occasionally slower than expected and connecting third party services came with a few difficulties as well which can reduce overall efficiency.

Pros

The interface is simple to figure out and the user experience feels really well thought out. Overall using it has been very enjoyable and it actually makes me want to keep coming back to the platform more often.

Cons

There are still additional features I'd like to see included although it's a positive sign that the development team is open to those requests and accepts the feedback.

Getting around the system feels very easy. Anytime I need help I can usually find what I'm looking for without much effort since everything is pretty simple.
