By far the best tool I have used

Pros

I love how the software keeps the reception desk organized. Plus being able to document updates on maintenance and keep a digital key log really helps the reception team a lot.

Cons

So far I have not found any problems with the software.

Easy to access, no matter where I am

Pros

Since I am not tied to a desk, the mobile app makes it easy for me to work while on the go.

Cons

When upgrades happen, it takes a little time before we finally notice them.

Working fine for now

Pros

Excellent for team management in property & maintenance

Fairly easy to use!

Pros

As a cloud based system, MYBOS is simple to use and offers many functions we rely on daily to manage an apartment building with four large commercial spaces. Also the reporting features are great and provide monthly snapshots for building activities.

Cons

No complaints to share but I feel like it would be nice to have a live chat feature and the ability to automatically capture emails related to a case.

Designed to suit all users

Pros

I love everything MYBOS offers and look forward to its future growth. The team's support is always available and extremely knowledgeable. Also the system's ease of use is proven to be essential because it allows all our staff members to use it properly.

Really practical solution

Pros

The software works smoothly with one function leading seamlessly into the next. Overall it is amazing.

Cons

Leading building management software

Pros

Saves me from a lot o hassle

Pros

I use MYBOS every day to track maintenance issues from all hotel departments and having one format saves me from juggling multiple formats.

Cons

There were a few issues with the app but it is improving steadily so I know it will be the best among all very soon.

Not what I thought of it

Pros

We can keep track of all maintenance jobs on the property and it is possible to attach documents like warranty files for future reference.

Cons

You cannot search or sort cases by assigned contractors. Every time we open a case it loads the first page instead of where we left off. Also it would be helpful if cases changed color after being read or updated.

Ideal but it works slow at times

Pros

The mobile app is functional allowing me to add photos, warranties and quotes to jobs. Plus having a centralized, real-time system to log all maintenance helps me keep things on track with warranties. Also the customer support team is super amazing and always quick to respond.

Cons

Sometimes it takes a lot of time to go through the steps to enter data. It can be slow to load at times. Also we can only upload three photos per case. Plus more reporting options would be helpful too.
