Pros

Right from the interface, the software brings a lot of structure to management work, covering everything from email and meeting coordination to secure document storage. At the same time, it gives condo and private community residents a way to stay connected and communicate with each other through events, games, community rules and plenty of other features.

Cons

It's also clear that it can adapt to different industries. I was curious whether properties could be managed in a way similar to airbnb but it looks like that would require a fairly complex process and a specific set of guidelines. Still it seems to handle what it is supposed to do and even more.
