“Effective solution
Pros
Checking documents is simple and the system does a great job reminding me about lease renewals and terminations.
Cons
Just that having a dedicated section for property insurances would be really helpful, especially since insurance is almost mandatory when dealing with lease contracts.

“Amazing customer service and easy to use
Pros
The customer service has been excellent from the sales rep to the account executive and implementation team. Everyone has been knowledgeable and helpful and also the product is straightforward, making it easy to view and use. I also appreciated that they helped us enter all our agency's leases at the start. The price was very reasonable too.
Cons
No negatives so far since we just recently started using the product.

Pros
The clean layout makes navigation easy and compared to other lease management programs, it's much easier to read and work with.
Cons
When organizing the status bars like name, update, priority ,etc it always defaults from the first added to the last in the deal tracker. It would be great if it remembered the filter settings from the last login.

Pros
I really like the dashboard because it gives quick, clear facts about each client or deal. The pipeline system is also great for tracking where things stand and what's been completed.
Cons
Sometimes it's tricky to skip certain categories when entering data and exporting to Excel doesn't always keep the info organized the way I want.

This platform has completely changed how I manage real estate and client pipelines. Spreadsheets still have a place but not when it comes to managing a pipeline efficiently.
Cons
The proposal summary tool could use some improvements, particularly to better handle retail-type deals.

It is very easy to use and update and our clients seem to have a positive experience interacting with it as well.
Cons
We need better ways to communicate critical dates with clients. Customizing the deal management screen to show exactly what we want would help and a daily digest feature would be super handy, though it's not available yet.

Occupier's platform has helped a lot of mid to large companies I represent by organizing all the portfolio details. It rolled out quickly and was simple for companies to get started with.
Cons
Since the company is still young so a few features are in development. However, whenever clients request changes, they respond quickly and positively.

I appreciate the lease termination reminders but now I also need notifications for the notice period and when to alert the landlord.
Cons

Best standout feature is how it creates a complete ecosystem for managing transactions. With it, all your documents, surveys, tour books, analyses, plans and other important data are stored in one central place there is no more wasting time digging through emails or shared drives to find what you need. Everything is organized logically for easy access and the communication tools link all team members to this shared space, encouraging accountability without relying on a single manager to push the process forward. Roles and deadlines are clearly defined and communicated, so there's no room for slackers to hide.
Cons
Making the product more intuitive is the next step. Some inputs feel a bit clunky and could be made more efficient in future updates.

This tool is simple and easy to share with clients. It captures all the key information needed, especially site locations and analysis.
Cons
Missing some important input options in the site selection window, like separating Base Rent and NNN charges, differentiating Warehouse vs. Office space for flex space, and having a building library for frequently used buildings. A master dashboard showing all clients and upcoming lease expirations or options would be useful.
