“Keeps leasing organized

Pros

Back when I was leasing apartments on site and handling lots of residents contact details and paperwork every day, this software turned out to be a very efficient tool for both me and my coworkers.

Cons

Customer support was always very helpful once I actually got connected with someone but I did feel the process for getting answers to my questions could have been faster.

It came with everything needed to handle property management and the feedback and follow up were excellent to make sure nothing was missing.

Cons

The transition period was occasionally a bit challenging.

Pros

For a startup or new business the pricing feels quite reasonable. The software requires some time to really understand everything it can do and the initial setup isn't especially quick so it helps to be patient while getting it up and running.

Cons

It does mirror QuickBooks and covers the basic functions well enough but the interface just isn't my preference.

Getting started with this software was easy. The system is user friendly, simple to figure out and overall very quick to learn. I also love that it lets you communicate with residents.

There really wasn't anything to complain about.

A downside is the availability of reports and the overall layout of the program.

Using this software has been a positive experience overall. It's very simple to use and the pricing feels fair for what it offers. However it would be nice to see some new features added from time to time.

Cons

One frustrating part is that the product hasn't seemed to be evolving. There haven't been updates or new features and it feels like they're not really trying to build it out further.
