The no contact QR code check ins are a big plus. With COVID that kind of touch free login option feels especially important and really adds value.
Cons
The site can feel a bit clunky to figure out and I do wish the design looked a little more polished and visually appealing.

“instant follow up that delivers”
Pros
One of the best parts of using it is how well it handles customer interaction. As soon as visitors leave the home they get an email right away and I also receive an immediate message with their feedback and contact details. It helps me collect names naturally without having to peek over anyone's shoulder while they're signing in. That alone makes the check-in process feel much more comfortable and it also makes post open house follow up much easier.
Cons
At times I run into internet connection problems because I usually use my iPhone hotspot to run it. That setup is not always dependable especially in more remote areas where service can be weak. It really is not an issue with the software itself but it is something I need to solve on my end since internet connectivity can occasionally be a challenge.

Pros
Having a QR code sign in option is a useful feature.
Cons
Templates and layouts feel dated and not very modern. I ended up taking a screenshot of the QR code and designing my own flyer in Canva because I wasn't happy with the choices available in this software.

“CRM sync and responsive support”
Pros
I really like that a visitors name gets sent straight into my CRM right away. Another big plus is the customer service team as they're available when needed and respond quickly.
Cons
Part I'm least happy with is that the 'touch free' sign in page doesn't fill the whole computer screen. If I have other tabs open at the same time the display ends up looking cluttered and too busy.

“instant agent alerts are helpful”
Pros
One thing that's really useful is getting an email right away telling me whether the person already has an agent or not so I don't have to reach out and ask myself.
Cons
Processing time feels very slow. Clients are also required to complete every field even when some of that information isn't really needed. It would be much better if we could choose which fields are required.

Pros
Given everything happening in 2021 and the ongoing impact of COVID this product just feels like the right fit. People coming through our open houses appreciate that we're taking their safety seriously. It's easy to use and on top of that it helps us collect better information and get better results. Really a win win.
Cons
Website interface does feel a little cluttered and isn't the most pleasant to look at. Still the team behind the scenes is very helpful and does a good job guiding you through it.

Being able to create a QR code for sign in and registration was a nice feature and made check ins more convenient in that specific step.
Cons

It works nicely with my CRM and lets me collect attendee information during open houses which makes following up afterward much more manageable.
Cons

“customizable sign ins”
Pros
Out of all the open house tools I've used this has been the best by far. The customization is excellent! my signin screen can include a listing photo, my headshot, a personal message and more. It connects perfectly with my CRM which means there's no manual data entry to deal with after an open house. Since my CRM app on my phone is integrated with this software I can add notes just seconds after a guest signs in making it much easier to capture key details for followup calls and emails.
Cons
Don't have any negative points about the software to mention.
