Outstanding support that delivers

Pros

Right away the customer support impressed me. I contacted them for help building out a workflow and they were genuinely amazing. Since I'm still pretty new to the platform I wasn't fully sure how to set everything up I only knew the result I wanted to achieve. Instead of sending back a generic response they actually walked through it with me and helped me create a real working system. They explained everything step by step in a way that was clear and easy to follow and it really felt like they cared about helping me set it up properly. It never came across like support just answering a ticket, it felt more like someone collaborating with me to solve the problem.

Cons

For now I'm not really sure I have any major complaints yet. I'm still learning the software so there's a lot I haven't explored fully. The only thing I wish it had is a dedicated app although I was able to make an iPhone shortcut for it and that has worked really well for me.

powerful booking sync and messaging

Pros

Keeping bookings synced across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and other channels has been a huge plus. It also helps a lot to have all renter messages in one place and having access to their damage insurance is another valuable benefit.

Cons

At first the platform can feel a bit overwhelming because there are so many features and tools available. That said the training and support team do a really good job of helping you get up to speed.

All in one value that delivers

Pros

Having everything in one place is exactly what I needed and this software checks all the boxes. It brings together the full feature set, simple property management, guest communication, security and useful tools in one system which makes it an excellent value for the price. The support team has also been great and the trainer we had was extremely well informed and very pleasant to work with.

Cons

There is definitely a lot to learn at first but that comes with the territory when a platform offers this many features for such a complex industry.

Fast relaunch

Pros

Getting started with this software was a standout experience thanks to the excellent support and onboarding. The 14 day free trial gave me complete access which let me build and relaunch everything without feeling rushed or pressured. The Jumpstart call was especially helpful and their team followed up afterward with clear detailed and well organized guidance. Other than that the support team members handled my post launch tickets quickly and clearly. They even restored my account within hours which saved me a huge amount of rebuild time and made it possible to relaunch my direct booking site in only three days. The hosted website templates are clean, reliable and built with a clear purpose so you can get up and running quickly without dealing with unnecessary complexity.

Cons

In the beginning the platform can feel a little intimidating because it includes a lot of features and offers a high level of configuration. There's a lot of capability built into it. However the documentation, video tutorials and responsive support team do a lot to make the difficulty level manageable. Once the structure starts to click the system becomes extremely efficient. I was able to relaunch my website in just three days using the Hosted Website platform which shows how fast you can move once you get oriented.

helpful support and onboarding

Pros

Right from the start the support team has been excellent. They reply quickly whenever questions or concerns come up and the one hour video call was especially useful for learning how to get started with the software. Everyone I've interacted with has been patient, supportive and genuinely helpful.

Cons

The only real downside is the limited selection of hosted website templates. There are just three options available and I really wish there were more designs to choose from.

Customer support has been exceptional. Whenever I have a questions I usually get a response within minutes and at most within a couple of hours. Honestly I couldn't ask for anything more.

Cons

Being fully comfortable with the platform does take some time especially if you want to use it to its fullest potential. I also wish there were an ongoing chat feature inside the platform for guests who book directly.

Complete booking powerhouse

Pros

After several years with this software having my calendar, pricing and listing details for multiple rentals all managed in one place has been a huge advantage. It has really elevated my direct bookings too especially since I host my own websites through it. The guest booking process online feels secure and easy. I did need some assistance during the initial technical setup but once everything was configured it became very manageable to use. Anytime I've had a question the U.S based team has responded quickly and been very helpful. A standout feature for me is the access to property damage protection and travel insurance policies, the ability to collect contracts and deposits from Airbnb guests and use the strictest cancellation policies available on Airbnb. The team behind this software is clearly dedicated and supportive whether you manage a single rental or many. It also ends up paying for itself because I add a small upcharge to the property damage policies which covers the monthly cost of both the software and hosting my direct booking websites.

Cons

Sometimes tracking down where to adjust a specific setting isn't the most simple but other than that I don't have any real complaints about the software.

powerful platform

Pros

After trying different options this has been the most effective and reliable property management platform I've come across especially for the price. The feature depth for both direct bookings and channel bookings is hard to match and they keep adding valuable new tools along with AI capabilities.

Cons

Reporting had been one area where the property management side felt behind. That said they've just completely rebuilt the reporting tools and I'm about to start using the new version. Really excited to see how it performs.

ahead of its time!

Pros

The level of customization in this software is incredible, you can really modify it to do just about anything. Their customer support feels like the future of customer service and overall they seem far ahead of other options in everything they offer.

Cons

There is some difficulty in the beginning and it is not the most accessible software when you first start using it. But once you understand how it works it becomes an extremely powerful tool.

Flawless integration

Pros

Using the platform feels very simple and one thing I really appreciate is how quickly and accurately the support team responds whenever I have questions.

Cons

I don't have anything to complain about. The experience is just as good on my PC as it is on my mobile devices and it integrates smoothly with my property on VRBO.

Pros

Great for self managing cabins

Pros

Running our four cabins on my own has become much more manageable with this software. The support team is amazing too! Whenever I need help they're there with the answers right when I need them.

Cons

I don't have any real complaints. The initial setup for the cabins took some time but once everything was in place it became very easy to use.

outstanding support

Pros

More than anything I picked this software because their customer support is genuinely excellent. A property management system comes with a lot of moving parts, settings and integrations so needing help now and then is inevitable and their team has been great! Most of the time I receive a clear and practical reply within 24 working hours and it's usually an actual solution rather than just being pointed toward help articles. Even though I only manage one property and am probably one of their smallest customers commercially I've consistently been treated like my business truly matters. Running a home in Antigua while being based in the UK adds another layer of complication especially since much of their customer base is centered in the US but the team has always helped me work through those differences. The software itself also covers everything I currently need including channel management, automation, payments and guest messaging while still giving me plenty of room to expand as my operation becomes more sophisticated.

Cons

One drawback has been the pace of new feature releases. When something is described as 'coming soon' it can end up taking longer than expected. In one case an updated PayPal integration that was supposed to support one of my use cases arrived roughly three months later than first suggested. The same goes for WhatsApp integration which has been talked about for quite a while and is still being worked on. To be fair the team has been open about the reasons for the delays and since I've worked in software myself I know development timelines don't always go to plan. It hasn't created any real barrier to running my business, it's really more of an expectation setting issue than a serious flaw in the platform.

Amazing flexibility

Pros

It is a powerful wide ranging platform but the standout for me is the customer support. Every person on their team really knows the system, fully understands what I'm asking or dealing with and gives accurate useful help every time. The software itself is incredibly flexible which makes it possible to customize just about everything the way you want. Sometimes it honestly amazes me how detailed and thoughtfully built the system is with so many options for different scenarios you might need. I've worked with two other well known property management platforms in this industry and this is far better. With those other companies you call and nobody answers so there's no immediate help when you need it. And honestly the only thing worse than no answer is getting someone on the phone right away who doesn't understand what you're saying and can't grasp the issue. I would never trade the level of support I get from them for faster pickup times that lead nowhere.

Cons

As we moved from handling only individual bookings into hosting small retreats some of the extra features it offers didn't really fit our setup and there were one or two situations where what I needed was simply too far outside their normal scope. That's not really a knock on them since retreats aren't what the platform is designed around. Even so I rely on them heavily and with their well informed guidance I've usually been able to adapt the system and make it work for us anyway.

phenomenal setup help

Pros

Right from the start the customer service rep assigned to help with my setup was phenomenal. She really went above and beyond to walk me through the website, my account and all of the listing sites connected to it. It became obvious within the first few minutes that anyone signing up for this software would be crazy not to get the extra help. The time it saved me plus the things she taught me that I never would have figured out on my own ended up being worth far more than the program cost. Absolutely a no brainer. Thanks again to her !!!

friendly onboarding, powerful tools

Pros

Getting started with it was actually enjoyable because the onboarding team was so friendly, responsive and helpful the whole way through. Now that everything is set up it has been wonderful to use and makes managing my properties feel effortless. I'm really impressed by both how efficient the staff are and how capable the tools are. I'm so happy I chose the right property management system.

Cons

There is a lot packed into the platform so it felt a little intimidating at first. That said the onboarding team made the setup process feel manageable and always responded right away whenever I needed help.

Excellent value

Pros

There's a lot of functions packed in for the price which makes it an excellent value. Once you get your setup the way you want and understand how you plan to use it it pretty much becomes plug and play.

Cons

It doesn't have a mobile app. It's still very manageable without one but having an app would definitely be helpful when traveling or working on the go.

Helpful onboarding

Pros

Right away it felt like a strong value for the money. The software is excellent and their rep was incredibly supportive throughout the onboarding process. I'd definitely recommend using their professional team especially for getting listings set up in a way that feels much more organized and smooth.

Cons

Requires some time to get used to at first but the more time you spend in the program the quicker it becomes to find your way around and use everything efficiently.

real support, smart STR tools

Pros

It's refreshing to use a platform that feels like it's run by actual people. It has been an excellent fit for owners who want better visibility for their short term rentals while also cutting down on unnecessary expenses for both owners and guests.

Cons

Even after two years of using it I really don't have anything I'd call a downside. I recently needed to remove a security deposit request and couldn't figure out where to do it but support answered my ticket in less than 24 hours with very clear instructions something I probably could have found myself if I had looked in the right place.

powerful integrations

Pros

From day one the platform felt top notch. The API connections with Vrbo, Airbnb and Booking.com worked smoothly and the QuickBooks sync kept our finances accurate and organized. Between the CRM, automated guest messaging, renter agreements, credit card processing and website building tools, it gave us everything we needed to run our Outer Banks short term rental in a polished and professional way. On top of that the customer service team was consistently quick to respond, well informed and truly helpful.

Cons

There really isn't anything major to complain about. As with any feature rich platform there's some difficulty at first but once everything is set up it becomes very easy to use.

All my OTA channels united

Pros

Having all my OTA channels connected in one platform has been a huge relief. Before this I was constantly trying to update VRBO and then Airbnb separately and the whole process was chaotic.

Cons

The initial setup does take a little time but the support team is incredible. I kept wondering whether the amount of time they were spending helping me was really standard because they truly went above and beyond.

Streamlined hosting

Pros

This has been an amazing system for keeping everything organized and making my work much more manageable. The support team is honestly the best I have dealt with. Anytime I have a question or need help they reply incredibly fast and are always willing to assist. Even when the conversation goes back and forth several times they stay patient, kind and gracious while I am still learning and figuring out how everything works. Every team member I have interacted with has gone above and beyond to help me through this transition.

Cons

One thing I really wish it had is a mobile app. Right now, I still feel like I have to depend on Airbnb and VRBO notifications to keep up with guest messages. I do not want to miss any communication so until I feel confident that everything is fully covered in one place I cannot completely step away from relying on those other platforms.

amazing onboarding support

Pros

Getting started felt so much better thanks to the personalized customer service. The support during setup was incredible and far more helpful than I expected. My onboarding specialist was especially outstanding and made the whole experience even better.

Cons
