“amazing support and clean UI”
Pros
One of the best parts has been the amazing support team. The interface is clean, simple and very easy to figure out which makes everyday use easy. I also really appreciate the social features for tenants since they add a nice community aspect to the platform.
Cons
The only downside has been that deposits take until the next day to come through and the QuickBooks integration needed some tweaking to work the way I expected.

Pros
Getting started with it was simple and their customer support has been excellent, they usually reply within about five minutes.
Cons
Even though the company is relatively small they really put in the effort and often try harder than much larger providers.
