Their support team feels like more than just a service provider, it's been a real partner in helping our business grow.

Cons

It's honestly difficult to point out major downsides. Since some features were built around our specific needs we did run into a few issues during the early stages of using it.

amazing support and clean UI

Pros

One of the best parts has been the amazing support team. The interface is clean, simple and very easy to figure out which makes everyday use easy. I also really appreciate the social features for tenants since they add a nice community aspect to the platform.

Cons

The only downside has been that deposits take until the next day to come through and the QuickBooks integration needed some tweaking to work the way I expected.
