Integrates with TOPS and makes editing the website easy.
Cons
Until recently, there was no option for recurring events in the calendar. Thanks for adding that. I would also like the ability to pull custom reports that access all fields in the database.

Pros
The software is intuitive, visually attractive, and very simple to navigate. Customer support is always supportive and quick to respond (Rhonda is our main contact, and she is fantastic!).
Cons
I wish there was a message archive for new owners to view messages sent to the community before they signed up.

Pros
Pilera is very intuitive, both for our management team and for the clients. We especially like the visually appealing interface and communications, as well as its ability to send urgent notices, like reverse 911.
Cons
I would like more font options, and I'm not a fan of the new library. I preferred the older version.

The software is simple to navigate, making it easy to explain to clients. Pilera is continuously improving and adding new features, making it better each year.
Cons
The software is fantastic! I would like a feature for creating and distributing violation letter templates, but otherwise, it meets all our needs.

“I love that I can contact my HOA on my time.
Pros
It can be challenging to contact my HOA during their business hours when I am not at work, which is why I love being able to communicate through the portal. I also never worry about missing anything since I can easily check online.
Cons
I have no complaints about the site except that setting up our account took some time. Other than that, I love everything about it.
