“Reliable software for facility requests

Really handy for submitting requests and keeping all facilities work organized in one spot, great outcomes.

Cons

Nothing really comes to mind because the software feels pretty solid overall.

It provides thorough support and simplifies all facility management and building operations. On top of that, the quick setup and userfriendly design make using it a breeze. Also it seamlessly integrates with various systems like SAP and connects effortlessly with any IoT devices or sensors installed.

At first, it was easy to get overwhelmed by all the features but with the help of a consultant, we managed to get the hang of the system.

I like the user interface and the way modules are set up they are so just so easy to use.

I actually see it as a benefit: the way the system builds on the data you enter makes sense now, even though at the start it was confusing why certain information was needed. The consultant explained it well and now I understand why we kept data that seemed unnecessary initially.

We also love how simple it is to create reports and dashboards tailored for different users, teams and departments. It's excellent software for system admins who want control and customization without depending on the vendor, It helps us keep costs down.

The standard Accelerator product didn't cover all the needs of our institution when we launched but Planon responded quickly by creating a Higher Education version and tailored sections for our specific business.

It's pretty easy to use and supports lots of different applications. Often we team up with Planon to make sure processes are implemented smoothly.

Proper process implementation usually requires customization, which can be quite expensive. The app still feels like it's catching up in some areas.

I see PLANON LIVE like a centipede made up of many tools and solutions. You pick and choose the parts you need to build your own custom �insect.' This means it's highly flexible and can adapt to a wide range of industries. When fully and properly adopted, it becomes a powerful tool that grows alongside our organization.

Configuration can be tricky�you have to adapt your processes to fit or invest time and money to get it right, and sometimes there are just too many options to choose from.
