Well designed screens

Pros

Right away the screens felt thoughtfully designed and easy to figure out with a clear human centered flow from one step to the next. The support team was also very helpful whenever issues or questions came up. Overall setting up the tool and using it was a pretty decent experience.

Cons

One frustrating part is how hard they've made it to export data for graphing, reporting, consolidation and similar tasks. That becomes especially annoying when a standard report doesn't meet the requirements and you need to create something more ad hoc.

Smart forecasting and helpful support

Pros

Using this software has been a very positive experience. The interface is user friendly, the screen layout is simple and the forecasted hours have been reliable. Every feature feels relevant especially the smart forecast and smart budget guidance tools. On top of that the support team has been very helpful!

Cons

A limitation is that it doesn't seem possible to import an Excel spreadsheet into the schedule. Also on the flash report screen the columns are not aligned properly so we have to export it to Excel in order to read it clearly.
