Good pick for anyone considering options

Pros

I recently started using Property Matrix to manage my rental properties and it really made things much simpler for me. Also the interface is easy to use so I didn't have to spend a lot of time figuring it all out.

Cons

Honestly I could not find a single feature in this program that I didn't like.

It's a must-have in today's digital world

Pros

One thing I like is that it is cloud-based and includes signing and scanning technology.

Cons

The cost seems a bit high but I feel like it is necessary for today's standards.

The most user-friendly property management tool

Pros

Property Matrix makes collecting and recording rent very simple for us and eventually saves us a lot of time too.

Cons

Though the interface is decent but sometimes it takes us a while to load.

Pros

Cons

Easy to customize

Pros

User friendliness is key with any software and this one delivers. Also it is fully customizable and includes the features we needed like accounting, property management, maintenance and lease tracking.

Cons

I do not have any complaints about the software itself though the customer service could definitely be improved.

The best management software I have ever tried

Pros

Getting started was free and simple. Also the support team responds quickly and listens to feedback, regularly adding improvements to the software. Payment processing for ACH transactions is free which is rare though it takes five business days. However you can pay extra to speed it up. There are plenty of automation features that save us time on sending statements or emailing tenants. Plus the mobile app lets us run everything from a tablet or phone. Generating owner statements is really easy too.

Cons

There are a couple of issues I am facing. For example journal entries only allow a general description so if I want to add a description for each line item that's not possible. Also to cut a check, you have to generate a bill first as you cannot just assign it directly to a GL account like in QuickBooks. I have shared these points with support and they are working on adding these features in future updates. You pay for a full year upfront based on the number of properties but even then the cost was only about a quarter of what we paid for our old software.

Very Very slow

Pros

While the software is user friendly keep in mind that it is not as intuitive as you might expect. As it takes some effort to learn but once we do navigating it becomes pretty simple.

Cons

The customer service and tech support are very slow. It usually takes over an hour to get a response even via the chat window. Chat support should be instant but I have waited over an hour after chatting, emailing and calling. The tech team often has to do behind the scenes fixes for things that should work smoothly.
