Pros
Running daily operations feels much more organized with the maintenance portal and it's simple to move through everything without getting bogged down. Creating and managing work orders is very smooth. Since I work mostly on the smart home side I've also seen the team put real effort into rolling out new features and ongoing improvements. They're very open to feedback too and they've been willing to consider requests for additional features and support for more compatible equipment.
Cons
Because the company is still fairly new on the smart home side there are still some areas of support that need to be added especially around broader device compatibility. Being one of the early users of the equipment I also ran into a few minor software bugs that still need attention. However the team has been very responsive and actively works on resolving those issues.

On top of that it brings together almost everything needed to run your homes from leasing and daily management to maintenance. It's an outstanding option for anyone wanting to grow and scale their portfolio.
Cons
Since it's still a newer platform there are a few features that could be refined but the team does an amazing job of listening to feedback and partnering with us to roll out improvements quickly and efficiently.

Using this product feels extremely organized and flexible. It gives both employees and residents a simple experience making everyday tasks and staying organized very simple and easy to manage.
Cons
It's still evolving but the team is consistently open to feedback and quick to make improvements often modifying updates to fit your specific needs.

Since we started using this software our processes have become much more efficient, the administrative workload has gone down considerably and resident satisfaction has clearly improved.
Cons
All in all this system has been a real game changer. The only thing I'd still like to see is integration with more tools down the road.
