It comes with a solid set of features and I also appreciate having the option to request custom functions when needed!

During the trial the support was phenomenal but once payment was made that level of help seemed to disappear completely :/

Pros

Being able to modify rent charges and fees has been really useful and the resident portal is a valuable feature as well. The technical support team responds quickly and does a lot to help adapt the software to fit our organization's specific needs. It's also priced better than many other software options we looked at.

Cons

At times the software is a bit slow when loading pages. There are also a few bugs and some feature issues but the support team is receptive to feedback and responds promptly which makes those problems much easier to manage.

Pros

Getting started with the interface was easy and it didn't take long to learn how to use it. The support team was also very helpful whenever any issues came up and the fact that it can be simple for tenants to use as well is a really nice benefit.

Cons

The data transfer process was rough and some of the fees and payment options are not very flexible or simple to adjust.

Pros

Recently the software added digital lease signing, rental applications and employment verification to the platform so now the whole process can be handled online. Tenants can sign documents without having to meet in person which helps avoid public exposure during the pandemic. I'm really pleased that prospective renters no longer need to drive to my office and put my health at risk and they also save time and gas by simply sending documents through email. On top of that I can include and store extra information in the documents whenever I need to.

At this point I really don't have any complaints since I'm still testing out the software and everything seems perfect so far.

Pros

Right from the start the dashboard felt very user friendly and the team made the move from our previous software feel effortless. When we first began using it a few features we specifically needed were not available but their team worked closely with us and added those functions quickly and diligently.

There are still a few features I think could be added but as I mentioned their team is willing to work with you to make sure the software fits your needs.

Pros

Very easy to use, the layout is well organized and the platform comes across as accessible for the user.

We only started using this platform recently and up to this point no major issues have come up.
