RentalVault Features
Rent Roll
RentalVault runs rent-roll reports that provide a real-time, accurate snapshot of which tenants are late. It shows exact amounts outstanding and how many days past due, including configured late fees. The platform also exports or prints rent-rolls for accounting and owner reporting.
Payments

Cons
During the trial the support was phenomenal but once payment was made that level of help seemed to disappear completely :/

Pros
Being able to modify rent charges and fees has been really useful and the resident portal is a valuable feature as well. The technical support team responds quickly and does a lot to help adapt the software to fit our organization's specific needs. It's also priced better than many other software options we looked at.
Cons
At times the software is a bit slow when loading pages. There are also a few bugs and some feature issues but the support team is receptive to feedback and responds promptly which makes those problems much easier to manage.

Pros
Getting started with the interface was easy and it didn't take long to learn how to use it. The support team was also very helpful whenever any issues came up and the fact that it can be simple for tenants to use as well is a really nice benefit.
Cons
The data transfer process was rough and some of the fees and payment options are not very flexible or simple to adjust.
