Customer support has been excellent from the start. Getting everything set up was pretty simple and the platform comes with a very complete set of features. The layout is clean and easy to follow and it includes a lot of practical tools. It automatically collects rent and also helps track expenses which makes managing everything much more convenient.
Cons
A downside is that the mobile app is still missing a few features that are available on the desktop version.

Cons
If I had to point out one area it would be the reporting feature. That said they are already making improvements there too.

A really solid option for anyone moving over from Excel spreadsheets or handwritten bookkeeping. The setup is easy, the navigation is simple to follow and it feels well worth the cost.
Cons
A problem I've run into is that linked bank accounts don't always pull in accurately. I've had to refresh them, remove them and add them back more than once. In one case I even had to go through and recategorize every transaction from that account.

Using this solution has been a really positive experience overall. The expense management features work very well, the platform is simple to use and the app is easy to figure out. I've been able to access all the features without trouble and the level of customization makes it even better.
Cons
Only over the past few months some of the best features haven't worked perfectly. That said during the last 7 days it has been running much better for me than before. Overall they've built a really strong product here.

Has been a really helpful tool for managing my expenses. I can log my everyday business related spending and keep everything organized in one place. It also helps me stay on top of my properties, from listings and rent collection to maintenance costs and tenant related expenses. On top of that it's very cost effective and practical which makes handling these daily tasks much more manageable.
Cons
Another thing I appreciate is that it connects with accounting software and property management tools and the interface is very user friendly as well. The only downside is that since it's a popular online platform, access can still be limited in some cities and regions. Hopefully that improves over time.
