“clear layout and useful tools”

Pros

Customer support has been excellent from the start. Getting everything set up was pretty simple and the platform comes with a very complete set of features. The layout is clean and easy to follow and it includes a lot of practical tools. It automatically collects rent and also helps track expenses which makes managing everything much more convenient.

Cons

A downside is that the mobile app is still missing a few features that are available on the desktop version.

“Good platform for landlords”

Pros

Brings a lot of financial clarity to the table. Connecting bank accounts for automatic expense categorization feels like a game changer. The rent calculation and real estate investment analysis tools also add a more strategic layer to managing properties.

Cons

Something that feels limiting is the lack of built in messaging or communication tools on the platform especially for landlords who handle tenant conversations themselves. Adding a message system would make it much more convenient to use.

One thing it's missing is built in messaging or communication tools which can feel limiting especially for landlords who need to stay in touch with tenants. Adding a messaging feature would make the platform much more convenient.
