Modern interface and quick support

Pros

The platform has a modern looking interface some really interesting features, appealing color schemes and solid functions overall. On top of that the support team responds quickly whenever help is needed!

Cons

A few parts of the system feel quite inaccessible especially when dealing with more complicated projects where you have to follow certain steps carefully while figuring things out.

Pros

Fits companies operating across multiple locations and languages with a development scale that feels much broader than what you usually see from a nationally focused business. It's also really encouraging to see the French language webinars starting to become available.

Cons

Something that may still be missing is the ability to track profitability by serial number for a specific product. Also most of the webinars are still mainly offered in English.

Pros

Customer requests are actually taken into account and that keeps making the product better over time.

Cons

There's no tiered pricing for individual employees yet (for example if someone only needs the personnel planning part)

complete powerhouse

Pros

It's a platform that really brings everything together in one place: quotes, invoicing, equipment management, stock control and especially staff scheduling.

Cons

It can feel fairly complex at times since everything is connected although that also comes with clear benefits. In the end Rentman does offer solid support to help resolve any issues.

dependable rental software !

Pros

Is a fully reliable rental software package that works really well and there's honestly very little to complain about! The platform keeps refining and improving the smaller details on an ongoing basis which is something I really appreciate as a user.

Cons

A couple of things we would still like to see improved are automated reminders for customers about expired quotes and follow up reminders plus a vacation block feature that lets us block date ranges from/to for all items or only selected ones.
