Pros
Getting started with it isn't hard but it does take some time and patience to set everything up properly. Once that part is done the system is very simple to use and works really well day to day.
Cons
A downside is the amount of time and patience the initial setup requires. Reporting also feels a bit limited in terms of detail. I'd really appreciate being able to build custom reports or at least access more in depth reporting information.

Pros
Handling event planning with this has been really helpful especially for scheduling crew, keeping track of inventory and organizing my projects all in one place :)
Cons
Getting comfortable with the cloud based app took some time and there is definitely some difficulty to get used to so it could be a little more user friendly.

Pros
Keeping tabs on inventory became much more reliable thanks to real time availability, conflict alerts and serial number tracking which helped cut down on mistakes. It also sped up the paperwork side a lot since quotes, packing lists, contracts and invoices could all be created quickly. Oveall it really made a positive impact on efficiency and visibility which makes a huge difference in fast paced event and rental operations.

“Fast for daily work”
Pros
Everything feels organized, easy and quick to use which makes daily work much easier. It helps us automate a lot of routine tasks and gives our employees including external staff, access to the information they need :)
Cons
There are still a few annoying issues. When creating an appointment in the calendar the last people who were included before saving are automatically added again. Invoices also can't be versioned so if something is changed after sending the new version gets updated in the message that was already sent. For traceability it would be much better if the original invoice stayed available. On top of that the QRR number on invoices doesn't work either.

Pros
What I appreciate most is how flexible this is. I can modify it to fit my business needs without having to spend a fortune on programming or custom development. The support team is also first class and helps out with anything that comes up.
Cons
Anything I haven't liked usually gets sorted out with a quick call to support :-) so honestly I really can't complain!

Pros
Having inventory management, crew scheduling and quoting all in one place has made a huge difference for our team. The real time equipment tracking helps us avoid double bookings and the QR code scanning feature cuts down a lot of warehouse time.
Cons
The mobile app feels a little restricted for admin work compared with the desktop version. Starting off can also take time since the platform has a lot of features and new users may have some difficulty getting used to it.

Pros
Everything being in one place has been a game changer for us! It's a very complete piece of software and they keep improving it with lots of useful monthly updates. The support team is also really helpful whenever bugs or issues come up. Managing crew, projects and equipment all together makes a huge difference and the ability to customize what you need is especially valuable for a company working with a lower budget.
Cons
It is quite a complex system overall. Even though you can start using around 65% of the platform within the first week, it really takes a few months to customize it properly and set it up in the way that works best for your own company.

“complete planning from warehouse to crew”
Pros
It's a very complete program and you really get good value for what you pay. It covers everything from warehouse management to staff scheduling.
Cons
A drawback is that you only get 1 power user and adding a second one is quite expensive. Because of that we end up taking turns using the same login code while a normal company should really get 2 power users included in the standard version.

The warehouse module is easy to use and with return scanning in place just about anyone can handle the returns process.
Cons
It only runs on the web version. We had a power outage while preparing equipment so I lost internet access... I was still able to finish everything using the iOS app over LTE.

Even as a small company choosing this option has made a noticeable difference for us. Our quotes are now more standardized and look much more professional. We can also send out accurate quotes faster and follow up more efficiently.
Cons
For a smaller organization a read only license for project details would really add value. The iPad app could also be expanded because it would be much better if everything could be done directly from the iPad.

Pros
It is purpose built for managing audiovisual services which makes it a very strong match for the AV industry. It's constantly evolving and new features are added all the time that are clearly designed with this sector in mind. It saves us a lot of time in daily work by automating the workflow behind many of our routine processes.
Cons
It does require having at least one person in the company with solid knowledge of the software and the database structure especially to handle situations that come up in the warehouse or when creating more optimized documents.

Keeping tabs on inventory is really simple and being able to scan gear and see exactly where it is works really well. The interface is user friendly and crew scheduling is much more manageable since everything lives in one place with even more tracking options than we typically need.
Cons
Project transfers and kit scanning can get a bit confusing at times. The way we use the system makes gear transfers harder especially when multiple QR coded items are packed inside kits.

Putting quotes together is really quick which saves a lot of time. Warehouse management is also very simple and efficient. Staff management works really well too and once you get used to the team planner tab it becomes a very effective tool.
Cons

Software feels like a shared unified workspace that is really useful for every department in an audiovisual company. It keeps all of us informed about what is happening in the business within our own areas and we can do that remotely without much effort :)
Cons
To really get the most out of it you have to put in a lot of time feeding data into the system :( It also takes time to train users and team members properly so they know how to use it and avoid mistakes in the information uploaded to the platform.

It really covers mostly everything in one place! It feels a bit complex at the beginning but once you properly get used to it the software brings together everything needed for full management of a live entertainment business.
Cons

Has become a key tool for how I list projects and assign crews. It has really improved the way we handle crewing and helped me do a better job of keeping up with what our crew members need.
Cons
A frustration is that it is not very flexible when project details change or when a crew member's availability shifts. For example if someone accepts an assignment and later has to back out it can still continue showing that person as having accepted it.
