“Quick adoption”
Pros
Has been very easy to use even with how heavily we rely on it in our office. New employees are able to get up to speed and start working with it almost immediately. On top of that the customer service has been excellent! Fast, responsive and efficient whenever we need help!
Cons
One thing that could be improved is the quote mode. Right now it doesn't show which customer also has a quote for the same equipment even though that visibility is available in order mode.

“remote inventory control from everywhere”
Pros
Using this software has been a really positive experience! It's simple to work with and the flexibility is a big plus since we can set things up and adjust them whenever needed to fit our workflow. It alerts us when inventory will be short for upcoming orders which helps a lot with planning. Creating custom reports is simple and it also does a good job of tracking late orders. Checking items in and out is fast, adding inventory is quick and the system works well off site too. We can have multiple stations running at the same time in different locations, duplicate orders without any trouble and turn quotes into orders very easily :)
Cons
Honestly even after asking my coworkers nobody could really come up with any downsides. On the rare occasion we need something changed or run into an issue we just reach out to their team and ask if they can make the update.

“Accurate rental tracking”
Pros
Keeping tabs on rented equipment with this has been really easy . It clearly shows what is currently out in the field, how long each item has been rented and what is still available in the store or warehouse for future rentals.
Cons
The part that still trips me up a bit is updating inventory items especially when I need to add or subtract stock.

“Customized fit”
Pros
After using it for many years one thing that has consistently stood out is how dependable the support team is: they're always available when we need help. The software is also simple to train new users on and it creates professional and high quality event agreements. Also updates and changes can be added without causing any issues.
Cons
Our industry has changed a lot over the 26 years we've been in business so keeping up with everything users want from software while still keeping it affordable is definitely a challenge. Even with that they have done an excellent job adapting the product to match our specific needs.
