perfect fit for cabins

Pros

Getting it live on my website was quick and that mattered a lot because I needed something my customers could use without any trouble. On top of that the back end is very simple which has been a huge plus. My business is not a standard hotel or motel setup so I needed flexibility for 12 units across 5 different cabin types and sizes. I spent about 5 years looking into different systems, doing trial after trial and most of them took too much time to configure or felt overly complicated and still did not give me the customization I needed for either my business or my guests. The pricing has also been exactly right for me. Most of the other options were far too expensive and as a small seasonal business, I just could not justify paying for a large enterprise style product. Customer support has also been outstanding. Every time I have had a question, I have gotten a fast answer without fail :)

Cons

I have not run into any downsides with this service.

truly caring support

Pros

Right from the start it felt approachable enough that even an old great granny like me could handle it and that alone is a huge advantage. At the same time it has given me room to keep learning and growing which I think is wonderful for an aging brain. Whenever I run into questions their team is always quick to respond. The forum is especially helpful because it brings customer support answers and user suggestions together in one place so it's usually the first spot I visit when I need help. The videos are also very useful and clearly walk through how to set things up. On a more personal note I know the team lead created this software and is still actively running the company. Being able to deal directly with the owner feels like a real benefit. I'm treated more like a valued family member than just another customer and that level of customer service is truly exceptional. I'm also a big fan of the housekeeping reports. They help us stay organized and clean while removing a lot of the confusion that comes with managing multiple reservations. This year we expanded our business by adding RV sites and hunting to our property and customer support was generous and prompt in helping us through that process. We've been using this software for at least 10 years (if my admittedly elderly memory is correct) and I honestly wouldn't consider switching. Thank you for being such an important part of both our business and our lives!!

Cons

It has gone far beyond what I expected from software and I'm incredibly grateful for that so I have nothing negative to add here.

Highly customizable

Pros

This is very affordable yet it includes the same features you'd expect from software that costs a lot more. With a bit of effort it can also be customized to handle just about anything you need.

Cons

Getting everything set up at the beginning takes a bit of work but once that part is done it works really well.

The instructions are put together really well with clear setup guidance, feature explanations and videos that make learning the software even more manageable.

Cons

There's some difficulty at the beginning but it's definitely worth the effort.
