Quick training and simple reservations

Pros

Getting new staff up to speed is really simple! It only takes about five minutes for them to learn the system and feel comfortable using it including making changes to a reservation.

Cons

Something I'd really like to see is a texting option for communicating with guests. A lot of people don't check their email while they're on vacation so text messaging would be much more useful.

Dependable PMS

Pros

Running a historic inn and event venue means I need software that's dependable and efficient and this has been exactly that. It offers everything I need at a much lower cost than many competing options. The property management system feels modern, easy and very flexible to use. It helps simplify daily operations without adding extra layers of complexity which makes it easier to stay focused on the business and on guests. The support team has also been outstanding. They are quick to respond, know the system well and handle questions clearly and accurately. That level of service really adds to the overall experience. I'd absolutely recommend this software to hospitality operators who want a capable and user friendly PMS with excellent support behind it :)

Cons

The only thing I wish they offered is a paid, done for you onboarding option. Aside from that everything has been wonderful.

convenient and efficient fit

Pros

Switching to this software from juggling bookings through phone calls, emails and even postal mail has made everything much more convenient and efficient. For a small campground like ours it fits our needs really well and has also been a cost effective choice!

Cons

When it comes to downsides there really hasn't been much to point out. Any glitches have been very rare and whenever something did come up customer support was quick to respond and genuinely helpful.

efficient service year after year

Pros

Running a small business I appreciated that this software kept things simple instead of loading the system with extra features I'd never use. That also made the pricing much more reasonable which was a big reason I switched over from a larger reservation platform after their costs kept increasing. Another thing that really stood out was the customer service which was consistently quick and efficient year after year not just at the beginning.

Cons

Forum felt a little glitchy to figure out and could definitely use an update to make it more user friendly :/ but honestly I had to think pretty hard to come up with any downside at all. I've really enjoyed using this software over the many years I've been with them.

friendly setup and economical pricing

Pros

The customer service has been excellent, the system is user friendly and the price point is very reasonable.

Cons

As with any new platform there's some difficulty at the beginning. That's not really a fault of he software but just part of getting used to a new system.

reservation key keeps evolving

Pros

After 19+ years of using this I'm still amazed by how responsive it has been to what I need. The software has been adapted and integrated in ways that have allowed it to grow right alongside my business. When it comes to channel management you really get what you pay for but with this software I've always felt like I get far more value than what I'm paying.

Cons

Adjusting rates through the channel manager can be a bit tricky although that's partly because I decided to go with a more budget friendly option. It does work with stronger and more advanced channel managers but those come at a much higher price.

Simple booking

Pros

Running Springer Creek RV Park & Campground we've been really impressed with this. The platform is very user friendly and even our senior guests have mentioned how simple it is to figure out. On the rare occasion that a glitch comes up theirteam addresses it right away. Their staff is always friendly and quick to respond whenever something needs attention. Thanks!!

Cons

Accessible booking tools

Pros

The system is very easy to learn. It also offers a wide range of options so each business can really set it up in a way that fits its specific needs.

Cons

There are very few downsides though :) Anytime I ran into something that wasn't quite how I wanted it I brought it up to their team and they were able to adjust it to better match my needs. That level of flexibility is pretty impressive so I really don't have any real cons to share.

responsive support

Pros

Configuring everything was fairly easy and once it's set up making changes is pretty manageable too. The customer support has been excellent. A friend of mine uses a different booking company and that's the part he complains about most. When I have a question I usually get a response within an hour and it includes clear details plus screenshots showing exactly what to do. I also end up working with the same person each time which feels more personal since she already knows my properties.

Cons

One thing I'd really like to see is better syncing with VRBO and Airbnb for updates like pricing, photos and similar changes. I know some other reservation systems already offer that. It's also not very convenient to adjust just a single daily rate on the calendar when I want to lower a price or change the minimum night stay requirement. When bookings are last minute I like being able to make quick adjustments to help fill those dates.

Great reporting

Pros

Even brand new employees can get comfortable with it quickly which has been a huge plus. Being cloud based makes it convenient to access and the income, expense and tax reporting features are really useful. The customer service has also been outstanding.

Cons

Honestly I haven't come across anything I dislike about this product.

well priced for small motels!

Pros

Since 2012 this system has been an excellent and budget friendly option for small motels like ours. We would absolutely recommend it to others in this part of the industry and over the years we've even referred several new customers to this software ourselves.

Cons

Would we want to see a few more features? Of course! there's always room for something extra but considering the price this system is outstanding. We honestly haven't come across anything else in this price range that delivers what this software does. The one feature we'd really like is the ability to set minimum night stays or different pricing for individual rooms without having to rely on the 'adjustment rate' feature. That would make things much more practical when some rooms need a two night minimum and others do not especially in cases where a two night requirement cannot be applied across the board.

affordable bookings

Pros

It is priced very reasonably for a small lodging property which has been a big plus. Overbooking has never been an issue and entering reservations is simple both for us on the management side and for customers making bookings themselves.

Cons

Sometimes I run into trouble when trying to add features on our side. The frustrating part is not being able to speak directly with someone for help. I can send a message but they usually direct me to look through a list of issues other users have already asked about to find a solution. A live chat option or the ability to talk to someone would make resolving problems much easier.

versatile booking setup we love

Pros

Managing RV sites, tent camping, bus glamping and lodging rooms means dealing with things like different rates, cleaning fees and check in details. This software keeps all of that organized really well! The auto responders are great and can be customized for each type of rental. It also makes payments simple for customers through the links and emails it sends. We also really love how the software looks on our website and customers have no trouble booking through it. It's a very strong platform with more features than we've even had time to fully learn yet which makes us excited to dig in deeper when we can.

Cons

Getting comfortable with the system was not especially easy at first. That said the excellent customer support and helpful training videos made it something we were able to figure out with time.

Responsive beachside bookings

Pros

Been a pleasure to use! The customer service is incredibly responsive and friendly and I've really appreciated having the website and payment tools built right in. The auto scheduled emails save time and the fact that there are no contracts or setup fees makes it even better. The pricing feels very reasonable even for someone managing just one unit or a small inn. It's user friendly, allows multiple users and the mobile version is genuinely useful, I've even taken reservations from a hammock at the beach on my smartphone :)

Cons

Since the software is designed to work for all kinds of hospitality businesses (hotels, campgrounds, B&Bs and vacation rentals) it can be tricky to make every feature fit every type of user perfectly. Still the user forum was amazing! Whenever we ran into a quirk that made sense for a hotel but didn't quite match what we needed there was always another helpful user who knew exactly how to adjust things with a few small tweaks.

powerful channel management setup

Pros

Works really well with website builders like Wix and Squarespace which is a big advantage for us. It lets us create commission free sales channels and bring all the online booking platforms we use into one simple, centralized management panel. From there we can update availability, modify features, add new room types and any change made in this platform is automatically reflected across all the booking channels connected to it.

Cons

Even though it does a very good job covering the major global reservation platforms it falls short when it comes to integrations with online booking platforms that are specific to individual countries. It would be a much stronger solution for us if it could also help grow our sales in local markets by connecting with more local sales channels.

All in one booking upgrade

Pros

Having everything handled within a single piece of software let me get several tasks done without bouncing between different tools. It also got rid of the need to pay commissions to third party vendors which has been a huge plus.

Cons

Honestly I really don't have any complaints. My only regret is not starting with it much earlier because it has completely changed the game for us.

reservation manager that delivers

Pros

It turned out to be exactly what I needed and has really been the solution for my business. I run all of my bookings through it now and it saves me the cost and workload of having one full time employee. Big thanks for creating such a helpful reservation manager for us!

Cons
