Simple and user-friendly

Pros

I really like that I can do everything in one place. It saves me from having to remember a bunch of passwords.

Cons

I'm still getting used to the new look. It's not bad but honestly, I didn't see any need to change what was working before.

Perfect for all your business needs

Pros

The system is super easy to use, stores a ton of important info and keeps a daily log of all communications. Its great that all my prospects and applicants are in one spot.

Cons

Sometimes it takes a few refreshes after making changes in the system, which can get a bit annoying. But overall it works well.

Simple to learn and effective

Pros

It's simple to pick up and easy to show others how to use. It gets the job done without any fuss. I really like how all the resident info is in one place.

Cons

I wish there were more options to customize things, especially reports. Also the look feels a bit too flashy and not very professional with those loud colors and fonts.

Outstanding!

Pros

Resman is hands down my favorite software. Whenever I have a problem, their customer service is quick to help. From my side handling collections and finances, it's super easy to pull reports and contact residents by text, email or phone.

Cons

You have to be careful when editing or making changes because it can mess up financial reports. That said, it is still a solid tool that helps keep everyone on track with their work and numbers.

Pros

I can send bulk texts and emails all from one dashboard and residents get notified and can respond.

Cons

Sometimes the leases we send out for signing don't load properly. It would be great to have some automatic templates ready to go like renewal forms.

Simple to navigate

Pros

For a first time user here and Resman is super user-friendly. I switched from another system and this one blows it out of the water with features.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is that you can't hover over documents to upload them faster, which would be a handy feature.

My go-to tool

Pros

I love that we get to interact directly with residents, keep them updated and check stuff like parking or available rentals.

Cons

I have not really had any issues with them. On the maintenance side, I deal with it minimally and have not come across any problems so far.

Works great

Pros

Overall, using ResMan has been great and the site is really easy to use, which makes everything smoother.

Cons

Sometimes ResMan does not load properly and I have to log out and back in a few times to get it to work. It's pretty frustrating specially when I am short on time.

Strongly recommend!

Pros

Nothing is set in stone so if I mess up, it's easy to fix or undo. It's also really simple to find what I need, even if I'm new to it.

Cons

The leasing reports are a bit hard to read and navigate. For example, finding accurate numbers of tours and who toured is not very clear.

Excellent customer support

Pros

The help center is awesome. Most questions are answered in the articles but if not, the support team is super helpful.

Cons

If you mess up a bank reconciliation, the only fix is to delete and redo all the reconciliations that came after it, which can be a pain.

Im satisfied!

Pros

It's really easy to use. I like that I can open a new login if I forget something and it remembers where I left off.

Cons

Honestly I can't think of much to complain about. Maybe the only issue is that it doesn't match my apartment numbers with my TAA numbers.

Major success

Pros

Resman comes as a single module and the training videos are really clear and easy for new users to follow. I've worked with pretty much every software in the industry, and Resman stands out as the best by far. It's not just great software and it's also helped us build strong partnerships through its integrations. Because of this, our accounting team stays small, which lets our management company put resources toward other important areas.

Cons

When adding new entities, the setup process can be a bit slow. We move fast so now we make sure to start setup well before our start date.

Really love ResMan

Pros

The workflow is smooth and the financial reports are detailed. The boardroom feature helps keep everything on track and I especially like the delinquency tab.

Cons

The thing I don't like the most is how the renewal process or bulk renewal offers work.

Pros

Everything runs smoothly. The interface is friendly, the software is stable and there are no glitches. Perfecto!

Cons

There are some minor glitches. For example our logo looks stretched and weird on reports. I have also experienced some lag but I am not sure if that's on my end.

Pros

It saves me a bunch of time and catches errors before I send stuff to corporate, making my work way less stressful.

Cons

When doing recertifications, sometimes it doesn't charge rent or charges two to three times for a move in.

Pros

The help tab and boardroom are so easy to get around and I can find everything I need super fast.

Excellent platform

Pros

I love how simple ResMan is to navigate. Also, I can customize my home page, and my assistant manager and leasing team each have their own setups.

Cons

The only downside is that it does not sync with our CRM so we have to double check to make sure reports have the right numbers.

Great property management

Pros

ResMan is user-friendly and easy to pick up tool and I like how I can search for anything and get the info right away.

Cons

One thing I dislike the most is that ResMan often times out and I have to sign back in, especially frustrating when I am in the middle of importing info.
