“Perfect fit for my small business
Pros
When I took over a resort that had no property management system in place I explored several options before landing on RoomKey. It turned out to be a great fit for us especially the pay-as-you-go model as it really helps with cash flow when you are running a small operation. Setup was also smooth, it is pretty user friendly and my new staff picked it up fast. Like most PMS tools it has more features than we actually need but it is good to know those extra options are available if ever required.
Cons
I think the reporting section feels a bit clunky and not the easiest to work through.

“Offer services that really stand out
Pros
The customer service has been absolutely amazing, I mean to say it is top tier. Everyone really stands out. Also the platform itself is pretty user-friendly. Also I enjoy the monthly training sessions that walk through different features of the software which keep us learning and improving.
Cons
Honestly there is absolutely nothing I dislike about it as it all works really well for me.

Pros
RoomKey is simply the best in every manner. The tech support team is incredible as they are always friendly, knowledgeable and they guide me through any issue step by step. I have had nothing but great experiences with them. So I definitely recommend RoomKey PMS to anyone looking for a reliable system.
Cons
Been using RoomKey PMS for over four years now and I have not run into a single problem so far.

Pros
From its smooth reservation system to the easy to use interface and awesome support team, RoomKey really stands out as a top PMS. I use almost every feature and look forward to each new update. They regularly roll out something new and knowing they are always improving the software really means a lot to me.
Cons
I use all the features this system offers and have not come across anything that does not work well. Overall I am fully satisfied.

It is budget friendly, pretty simple to work with and the support is top notch. Plus it integrates pretty well with our channel managers which is a big win.

Pros
RoomKeyPMS software is really simple to use. Also the layout is user friendly and whenever we have needed help, tech support has been absolutely great.
Cons
The fact that it is only web based can be an issue for some. If the internet goes out the whole system goes down. Also I feel like the activity log could really use clearer formatting and more detailed info.

“Perfect for our medium-sized property
Pros
The system is pretty easy to set up and get around in. The booking engine works well too and they have made working with outside vendors quite simple too. Over the past four years I have come to trust their sales support team so much that I just let them handle third-party vendors without needing to step in myself. After 33 years in hospitality I can honestly say their support is the best I have ever seen. They fix issues fast and to be fair most of the time it is actually our mistake not theirs.
Cons
So far every issue we have come across has been something we were able to sort out so nothing major to complain about.

“Awesome service paired with strong functionality
Pros
Love that it is fully connected with OTAs and our website. Also it is simple to use, has a strong support team and includes helpful tools like the housekeeping scheduler.
Cons
I wish we had an option to schedule housekeeping a day in advance. Also some occasional bugs force the front desk to log out and back in which is quite annoying.

“Easy for beginners to use
Pros
Customer service is the biggest highlight for me. Plus the system is so easy to pick up and find our way around. And we can connect it to certain extranets and even link it with credit card processors.
Cons
A few things still feel incomplete to me like group reporting and confirmations. Also you can't send full totals to travel agents if the rate is hidden on the registration card. And sometimes the system glitches and pre-authorizes a credit card at check-in but then it won't show up in RoomKey as processed.

RoomKey is really easy to handle and if we run into problems, there is always help available either we need step by step guides or live support. Plus the support team is friendly, really know their stuff and best of all, they are very patient. Big thanks to the whole team as you guys rock.
Cons
Setting up rates for group bookings can get a little confusing at times and takes a bit of our effort.

“Help from the support team is top-notch
Pros
We run a boutique hotel and have been using RoomKey PMS since 2014. The cloud-based system is simple and easy to use especially for new front desk staff. Plus the customer support is excellent. Adam in particular as he has been patient, helpful and always quick to respond.
Cons
I really wish the system would work smoothly on Apple devices like iPads and Macs as it is something that would make a big difference for us.
