“Support is reliable
Pros
It is pretty simple to use and very beginner-friendly. Each section is easy to navigate and pulling up reports is also quick and very easy. Overall it is a reliable tool.
Cons
They sometimes make small changes without telling us. For example you can't delete a payment if you accidentally entered the wrong amount. plus there really should be a manager override for situations like that.

“Best property management software on the market
Pros
Everything you need for a reservation is right there on one screen. Plus we can charge credit or debit cards directly from the booking page. Also the layout is tidy and clear and it is really easy to use.
Cons
It is great that issues can be resolved over the phone without needing to open a ticket. And being able to talk directly to the Connectivity Team when problems arise is a big bonus.

Pros
What makes the biggest difference for us is how much time it saves. Also features like automatic guest messages, real-time availability and payment processing make life so much easier. The OTA integration has definitely helped us get more bookings with zero extra effort.
Cons
Even though they fix bugs quickly we still face the same problem sometimes where bookings get disconnected when we move them around.

Pros
The system connects smoothly with everything else. It updates in real time, handles more than I actually use and they keep rolling out new tools which makes it even better.
Cons
Occasionally the system slows down or runs into errors which is frustrating because we never know when things will start working properly again. And this seems to have been worse over the last month.

One thing I like the most about it is the quick replies from the support team whether you are a new or long time user. They are flexible, responsive and really go out of their way to help.
Cons

I am a big fan of the design as it looks great and works even better. On top of that customer service is on point and pretty quick when solving problems.
Cons
The initial onboarding took longer than I expected which was a little annoying.

“The best for running your own hotel
Pros
RoomRaccoon gives us everything a small hotel owner would need. Plus it even offers loads of integration options. Overall I would say it is definitely a great investment for the price.
Cons
They are not available in every country yet so I would say it is better to contact their team first and check if they support your location.

Pros
RoomRaccoon handles all my booking channels without missing a beat and gives me live updates. Also I like being able to send confirmations, charge cards and send folios right from my phone which is super handy.
Cons
When I first started with it, it was hard getting answers to my questions. But recently they hired a US manager and now the support is really fast and easy to reach.

Pros
It does what it is supposed to like nothing too fancy. Plus support was okay once we actually got through to someone.
Cons
If you want ecommerce or conversion tracking, you have to pay for the premium version. That feels unfair to me especially since the pricing is already quite high.

Pros
RoomRaccoon is quite simple and reliable software and works exactly how we want it to. Like we have not had any tech issues and the booking engine plus OTA connections have been working perfectly.
Cons
The price is way too high than some other products and to unlock all the features we have to buy several upgrades which add up to the cost a lot.

Honestly the way they deal with customers is just awful. It is unacceptable and really disappointing. So I would say it is better to avoid it and look for other options.
Cons
We signed up with it expecting to use Stripe as our payment gateway based on the main contract. But right before going live they told us that Stripe integration was not possible eventually forcing us to use their gateway instead. This unexpected change cost us about 10,000 EUR from our revenue. When we raised our concerns they ignored us and were unprofessional like no solutions or refunds for a program we did not even use for a day. We lost 3,000 EUR and months of work. After leaving a negative review they publicly responded saying they'd discuss a resolution so I reached out hoping for a real fix. But after two weeks I am still waiting for a reply. Our experience has been very disappointing and I'd warn others to be careful dealing with this company.
