complete department control

Pros

A very complete tool that lets us manage all the departments processes and keep all the information grouped together in one place!

Cons

The menus can sometimes be a bit hard to locate and understanding the interdependencies between items takes some training.

Adaptable platform

Pros

Ease of use stands out and it's a program that fits our needs really well. The company's follow up through weekly meetings is also a big plus. It adjusts to all kinds of user profiles so it works whether someone is a basic user or much more advanced.

Cons

Mastering the program in depth can be complicated. The interface also feels a bit outdated.

lacking in customer support

Pros

App gives us plenty of versatility and the automatic planning feature (when it works properly) will make our work much easier.

Cons

Their support service is a weak point! Getting answers can take forever and there's sometimes a lack of speed when it comes to solving very simple issues.

complete tool for operations

Pros

Offers a lot of possibilities. It's a very complete tool that lets us keep a thorough record of all our Operations and Maintenance activities.

Cons

We're still in the onboarding phase and since we were starting from several databases (already in use across the company) the adaptation process is turning out to be complex and time consuming because we don't want to lose any of the information we already had.

Pros

Has plenty of user level configuration options although it really suits advanced users or people who can dedicate significant time to it.

flexible search and useful tools

Pros

At our company even though this software has been installed for several years we are only now starting to really get familiar with it. It's user friendly, accessible and makes it simple to search for the information you need. It also offers different tools to create and manage information through clients, users and other related data.

Cons

Initial setup is quite complex with too many variables involved before you can get the configuration and data properly adapted to each work center.

trusty asset control

Pros

The versatility and the range of features it offers make it possible to manage all kinds of assets. I also appreciate that dates can't be manipulated and the internal controls it applies on the accounting side are very solid.

Cons

The setup for managing all the documentation is quite cumbersome and creating reports is especially complicated.

All in one platform !

Pros

Having a single platform to handle Maintenance, Inventory, Spaces, plus Projects/Legalizations and Energy is a big advantage especially since it also integrates well with other corporate tools like SAP, Remedy, 4me and more. It's a very flexible solution that can be adapted to our specific needs and it offers strong administration capabilities.

Cons

Some production releases have not been tested thoroughly enough. Customers should not run into issues that should have already been identified and fixed beforehand.

ideal for distributed teams

Pros

What I've always loved about it and (still do) is that it's fully cloud based. It was ahead of its time in that area many years ago and for large companies spread across different locations it really is one of the best options. That setup has also helped a lot when deploying it for many clients.

Cons

At this point though it feels like we still haven't made the real move toward mobile. We've worked with IDASA, tested apps and tried different options but there's still no true mobile onboarding with the same strength as the work networks. Staff should be able to send messages, upload photos easily, transfer PDS tasks to another worker when needed and receive pop up alerts for urgent PDS notifications.

Customizable and stable

Pros

One of the biggest strengths is how much it can be customized and adapted to what the user actually needs in a specific onboarding environment. Once the workflow is properly set up it remains stable and can handle a high volume of work without problems.

Cons

The process of customizing the product to the specific needs of the onboarding environment can be demanding and may take quite a while which ends up consuming both time and resources. It also requires specific training (as any similar tool does) and depending on the work setting and the users' level of technical knowledge, learning to use it well can be challenging.

Dynamic fit for our business

Pros

It's very easy to use, simple to configure and adapts really well to what my company needs.

Cons

Something I do miss is the direct contact I used to have with the programmers at the beginning. Any change or custom adjustment could be handled right away back then. I do understand that with so many clients now keeping that level of direct support would be difficult.

Strong pharma fit but custom heavy

Pros

One thing that has been especially valuable is the developer's willingness to collaborate and adapt the platform to the specific needs of the pharmaceutical sector such as electronic signatures, audit trails and workflows. That flexibility and commitment have been key to establishing the tool successfully.

Cons

The software tends to evolve based on client requests rather than by keeping pace with competitors so every attempt to move forward usually demands extra effort from the customer instead of offering a more complete out of the box solution.

solid updates for daily work

Pros

The broad software updates have been rolled out without hurting the tool's performance which is a big plus. There are also ongoing improvements that can be adapted well to everyday work needs.

Cons

If you try to cover too many things during onboarding there's a real risk that the rollout takes longer than expected. Other than that some options included at the start may later turn out to be unnecessary.

Cons

Familiar setup with useful continuity

Pros

They're still very similar to the ones we were already using which has been a positive for us.

Cons

They haven't changed much compared to the versions we had before. The work order procedures are still showing up without the separating lines and the table is still not being generated.
