Ease of use stands out and it's a program that fits our needs really well. The company's follow up through weekly meetings is also a big plus. It adjusts to all kinds of user profiles so it works whether someone is a basic user or much more advanced.
Cons
Mastering the program in depth can be complicated. The interface also feels a bit outdated.

Offers a lot of possibilities. It's a very complete tool that lets us keep a thorough record of all our Operations and Maintenance activities.
Cons
We're still in the onboarding phase and since we were starting from several databases (already in use across the company) the adaptation process is turning out to be complex and time consuming because we don't want to lose any of the information we already had.

Having a single platform to handle Maintenance, Inventory, Spaces, plus Projects/Legalizations and Energy is a big advantage especially since it also integrates well with other corporate tools like SAP, Remedy, 4me and more. It's a very flexible solution that can be adapted to our specific needs and it offers strong administration capabilities.
Cons
Some production releases have not been tested thoroughly enough. Customers should not run into issues that should have already been identified and fixed beforehand.

What I've always loved about it and (still do) is that it's fully cloud based. It was ahead of its time in that area many years ago and for large companies spread across different locations it really is one of the best options. That setup has also helped a lot when deploying it for many clients.
Cons
At this point though it feels like we still haven't made the real move toward mobile. We've worked with IDASA, tested apps and tried different options but there's still no true mobile onboarding with the same strength as the work networks. Staff should be able to send messages, upload photos easily, transfer PDS tasks to another worker when needed and receive pop up alerts for urgent PDS notifications.

One of the biggest strengths is how much it can be customized and adapted to what the user actually needs in a specific onboarding environment. Once the workflow is properly set up it remains stable and can handle a high volume of work without problems.
Cons
The process of customizing the product to the specific needs of the onboarding environment can be demanding and may take quite a while which ends up consuming both time and resources. It also requires specific training (as any similar tool does) and depending on the work setting and the users' level of technical knowledge, learning to use it well can be challenging.

It's very easy to use, simple to configure and adapts really well to what my company needs.
Cons
Something I do miss is the direct contact I used to have with the programmers at the beginning. Any change or custom adjustment could be handled right away back then. I do understand that with so many clients now keeping that level of direct support would be difficult.
