Pros
We handle over 140 properties and Shiftsuite takes care of creating our status certificates for nearly all of them. Plus the customer support is honestly the best I have ever experienced. I am not the most tech savvy but their team is always patient and kind which I really appreciate.
Cons
I don't have any issues to report. Maybe because I am not involved in the setup and just use it every day.

“Saves time but there is room for improvement”
Pros
It saves me a lot of time tracking and issuing purchase orders. The maintenance history for each unit and building is easy to access and I get reminders for things like insurance expirations for contractors. Also preparing expense packages for the auditor is also pretty simple, with copies of invoices, purchase orders, calendars, task tracking and automatic notices for regular transactions like insurance or landscaping. The status certificates and CAO notices are especially impressive as they can be generated with just one click including all the necessary records and documents. Plus their security settings and user access controls are thorough and easy to customize.
Cons
Well it would be great to have a report builder, plus having the ability to save custom reports and access them easily would be awesome too. The emailing of statements could definitely be improved too. Also there are always small changes that could make it more useful. We have suggested a few things and they have actually implemented them. Their customer support is simply amazing and really open to feedback. That said I feel like the setup and installation process could still be smoother.

Pros
We use this software to help clients get Status Certificates when selling their condos. Also it is pretty essential to keep all information up to date and whenever documents like insurance certificates expire, Shiftsuite sends us reminders so we can update them promptly.
Cons
There is nothing I dislike. As for Status Certificates it has worked really well.
