Pros

The service is excellent and the team always responds really quickly whenever I reach out.

Cons

Fairly easy to use

Pros

I find the platform pretty easy to use as it is very user friendly.

Updating the information certificate was pretty complicated and not as simple as I expected it to be.

Meets our expectations

Pros

We handle over 140 properties and Shiftsuite takes care of creating our status certificates for nearly all of them. Plus the customer support is honestly the best I have ever experienced. I am not the most tech savvy but their team is always patient and kind which I really appreciate.

Cons

I don't have any issues to report. Maybe because I am not involved in the setup and just use it every day.
