Best property management help

Pros

This team cares about my workload and helps make the volume manageable. They are responsive and accommodating to new requests. We use them for move-out evaluations and showings. They are the best.

We love it

Pros

We're delighted with the service overall. It's effortless to use and has given us a lot more internal freedom and flexibility. The support is unbeatable.

Cons

I wish there were more time slots for occupied properties and the ability to schedule either Codebox or attended showings at each vacant property.

Great Platform for Providing More Showing Flexibility - Easy to Use and Wonderful Customer Support

Pros

We enjoy using this software to showcase our available rentals. The platform is intuitive and simple to operate, making property setup a quick process. Our office could start using this software immediately with minimal training, integrating it into our showing format quickly. We like that we can control the number of tours for a home and take over any tours with our in-house leasing agents if their schedules allow. Showdigs continuously updates and adds features to their platform, making it increasingly valuable for our staff.

Cons

When viewing upcoming tours, you can only sort by time, not by property. This makes it difficult to see all showings for a single property on the same day if they're spaced out. Also, if a tour gets canceled, the contact details for that lead disappear from the tour, so you have to go to the property page to find the prospect. These are minor issues, but they do add up when managing multiple properties at once.

Showdigs Review

Pros

Offering on-demand, 24/7 showings for prospective tenants has been transformative. Most people prefer choosing their own viewing times rather than being told when to visit a property. This flexibility is impossible with traditional scheduling through our field agents, but the self-scheduling feature has been a significant success for our company.

Cons

Chasing down leads who cancel and reschedule appointments can be costly. We've also had instances where agents gave incorrect information to prospective tenants, which can hurt our reputation. Overall, the software is intuitive and has seen major improvements since we first implemented it.

Love the move out feature

Pros

It's fantastic for handling multiple move-outs at once when we can't be in several places simultaneously.

Cons

The software is generally easy to use. However, toggling through move-out photos can be cumbersome. It would be better if you could click through all the pictures in a larger format without opening and closing new screens.

Awesome Service!

Pros

This service is fantastic. It allows us to show properties faster, getting tenants in as soon as possible, and giving me more time to handle paperwork.

Cons

My thoughts

Pros

I enjoy that it allows you to see everything in real-time, including contact information and cancellations.

Cons

People cancel appointments frequently, often at the last minute. This isn't the app's fault, but the ease of rescheduling or canceling contributes to it. Sometimes the app lags, freezes, or doesn't work properly.
