“Nice Option for when you can't be everywhere”
Pros
The convenience of outsourcing showings for a reasonable cost is great. The platform's feedback reporting is also valuable (though I haven't tried outsourcing an inspection yet, but it's tempting).
Cons
Initially, it was a bit tricky to set up and fully integrate with our PM software, but I managed by manually sending a link to schedule after speaking with a prospect. Also, I haven't found a good way to verify the licenses of showing agents.

I love that we no longer need to manually write out every document for tenants or owners. We can use a single format for each type of communication with our clients.
Cons
The only thing I don't like is having to verify my account every 30 days, but it's a minor issue.

I love the showing reports provided by Showdigs. They offer not only basic information about prospective residents but also feedback on the units and suggestions to improve showings. They address all resident questions, making our next communication steps easier.
Cons
I wish we could schedule occupied units for more than four days a week or three hours at a time.
