I'm grateful for how it reduces the workload for our office staff. Getting it up and running and incorporating it into our daily operations was quite uncomplicated.
Cons
We wish the Showdigs software had better integration with the Appfolio guest card system. It should reflect when a prospect schedules a tour or visits a unit on the Appfolio side, and we would like a way to ensure all prospects receive communication from Showdigs after expressing interest. Additionally, it would be helpful to see communications with tenants of occupied units.
