“total fraud and overcharging”
Pros
There really isn't anything positive I can point to.
Cons
This feels like a complete scam. They made big promises and failed to deliver on any of them. I run an agency and even after repeatedly asking to cancel, they kept billing me the monthly subscription fee and pushed me toward going through QCAT with them. They eventually stopped charging but they never refunded the extra amount they had already taken.

“Full of glitches”
Pros
I have not experience anything positive with this tool.
Cons
In our experience, buggy and misleading overall and I'd recommend avoiding it. The introductory email was especially concerning because it framed the change as an exciting improvement to the rental payment process, saying they had searched high and low for an alternative that would be convenient and beneficial, with savings and rewards attached. It also promoted SimpleRent.com.au as a new rent payment system and described it as a set-and-forget direct debit option that tenants would supposedly enjoy. But the actual costs listed were $0.95 per bank account direct debit transaction and 1.98% for recurring Visa/MasterCard payments which doesn't line up with the way it was presented. In Victoria, tenants must have a free way to pay rent and any change to the payment method during a rental agreement has to be mutually agreed upon rather than forced by one side so this appears potentially illegal.
