I've relied on Smoobu for managing my six listings for the past four years, integrating it as a booking engine on my website as well. It operates seamlessly. I value its simplicity in navigation and setup. It includes many impressive functionalities such as automated guest communications, a guidebook feature, and the booking engine, which I've also implemented on various client websites.
Cons
I wish this platform offered more options for pricing and discounts, especially tailored to specific dates rather than applying discounts universally. It's frustrating that the pricing sync issue with VRBO hasn't been resolved yet.

The price is unbeatable. It handles the basics, like keeping all your listings in sync. Forget about centralized messaging because some things, like VRBO, won't sync. But for small operators with 1-5 properties, it works great, and the price can't be beaten.
Cons
The platform lacks full API integration with VRBO, doesn't support SMS automations, and customer service responses are delayed, typically taking a week to answer tickets.

Pros
The Smoobu app is a great starting point for anyone wanting to try a channel manager. We currently manage 27 properties through Smoobu. Our website is also built through Smoobu you can check it out at www.poloapartments.lt. As a user for over three years, I can recommend this program as it is easy to use, responsive, and offers many functions. The price is very competitive compared to other channel managers.
Cons
Despite its claims to adapt to client needs, there are still significant flaws. Our website supports three languages, but Smoobu's check-out is only available in one. I've been requesting this change for over a year with no progress. Additionally, occasional maintenance downtime can lead to double bookings during busy periods. Invoices and check-out pages are only in English, with no other language options available. When listing properties on Smoobu, the amenities selection is limited, lacking an option for free parking, which is crucial. Furthermore, the platform does not allow specifying the number of children or pets, only adults.

Pros
While the features of Smoobu meet all our needs, their customer service is exceptional. Since Smoobu is very stable (well-coded, I assume), we rarely need their help. However, when we do, we receive competent and quick responses every single time.
Cons
The recent price increase has had a significant impact on us, especially since we've been using Smoobu since 2018 and were accustomed to their previous pricing structure.
