“frustrating and painfully slow
Pros
There is almost nothing positive to say. It's slow, frustrating to use and a real pain overall. The only small benefit was that I didn't have to spend countless hours setting up the work order system with the required SMS materials.
Cons
Our analysis revealed that the work order system is the biggest problem because it's just terrible.
