“Smooth tenant experience

Pros

This tool works as a modular, all-in-one tenant experience platform that makes life much easier for property managers while giving tenants a smooth and user-friendly experience. It helps landlords both attract and keep tenants by bringing together building access, on-demand services, amenity booking, community engagement and real-time updates in one place. The FLEXIPASS Digital Keys integration is especially valuable since it makes smartphone access to buildings, co-living spaces and co-working spaces simple, automated and completely keyless. Bringing FLEXIPASS and Spaceflow together really elevates the tenant experience by combining access control and tenant engagement inside a single app.

Cons

There's nothing to complain about. We're very happy with the partnership and excited to welcome many more clients from the commercial real estate industry in the future. :)

“Top-tier customer support

Pros

It keeps things visually clean and simple even with a lot of features built in. It is easy to use from the start so there's really no need to rely on a manual. Another big plus is the Customer Success team which offers excellent support throughout the building onboarding process and in my view, ranks among the best available.

Cons

Nothing to complain about here. Everything performs at the highest standard possible.

“strong integrations and practical tools

Pros

Features in this tool are powerful and it connects well with different apps. The manager role is easy to use and our residents can work with it without much trouble too.

Cons

Adding a large batch of new residents at once feels a bit challenging. The ticketing setup also needs some manual fine-tuning for every new property but aside from that, everything works well.
