Pros
Using the platform has been very simple, the implementation was practical and the service has been smooth. The support team is incredible and always very helpful.
Cons
One thing I would suggest is offering training and refresher packages for users since the system has so many features that if we do not use everything regularly, we end up forgetting to take full advantage of it.
