Helpful support team

Pros

Having support readily available has been a big plus and the secure connection with the channels gives me confidence. The API is excellent as well especially for integrating exactly what I need.

Cons

Current version still needs a few adjustments to optimize our team's daily use even more especially for regular tasks.

Awful customer service

Pros

Honestly nothing has stood out in a positive way. My experience has been so bad that I'm actually taking the time to come here and write about it.

Cons

During the sales process, they tell you everything integrates and connects but that's simply not true. They only seem focused on making the sale and once you need help, they wash their hands of it and act like nothing is ever their fault. Customer service is terrible.
