Pros
Stessa has helped me organize the transactions for my rental properties and has significantly simplified my data management. Whenever I had questions or encountered problems, the customer service went above and beyond to assist me. I was struggling to transfer all my transactions from my bank to Stessa, but the help desk was able to upload my final transactions. I highly recommend using Stessa software for managing rental properties.
Cons
I can't think of a single thing that I don't like about the software.

I can easily track and update my rental portfolio with Stessa. It helps me stay on top of expenses and makes tax time a breeze.
Cons
It's a new product that still lacks some features. I have to navigate through certain steps to account for sold properties.

Stessa automatically imports financial transactions from the linked data sources. It allows me to track expenses by property and category. The year-end reporting for tax purposes is simple and thorough. It's hard to believe that all of this is available for free.
Cons
They are adding more functionality to enhance the reporting. Currently, I receive a good summary, but in the future, I would like to receive recommendations such as: a) the best mortgage to pay off, b) considering a home warranty for a specific property. I'm sure this will come as they continue to develop. I would love to see Stessa integrate with other rental management companies like Avail, TenantCloud, Cozy, etc.

“Two thumbs up for Stessa: What-gets-tracked-gets-improved made easy.
Pros
It's incredibly simple easy to use, working exactly as it should. The automation feature is fantastic. Once set up, transactions are downloaded directly from owner portals (especially useful when you own multiple properties) and bank accounts. The user experience is similar to mint.com. Stessa creates a consolidated dashboard for my portfolio, complete with clean and informative graphs that provide valuable perspectives and show trends. I must mention the amazing customer support representatives who have answered over21 "difficult questions." I only consider them difficult because the FAQ section is also excellent. Additionally, the insightful newsletter adds to the overall experience.
Cons
I don't have any cons as such, but I have two humble recommendations. Stessa users would greatly benefit if it: offered a function for marketing the property (i.e., finding tenants or buyers). With Stessa being a repository of information (location, year built, square footage, pictures), a few clicks should allow spreading the good news across specialized sites like Craigslist, Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, local websites, etc - kept historical records of the tenant roll. Currently, it only provides a snapshot of the present time.

Pros
The interface is extremely user-friendly and powerful. Connecting dedicated accounts to track expenses is a massive time-saver for me. I can effortlessly create professional statements and reports for my partners.
Cons
I wish there was a more comprehensive mobile app that offered more than just expense inputs. Perhaps there will be one in the future.

I can't provide feedback on the software itself as I didn't proceed further. While it may be good, I prefer not to share sensitive information with strangers.
Cons
As a landlord with multiple properties, I thought this tool might be useful, so I started the sign up process. However, when they asked for my banking information, I became hesitant. Why would they need that? I decided not to proceed.

The customer support team was incredibly responsive, always getting back to me within 24 hours. They were patient and helpful with all my inquiries, making me feel confident and not foolish. This year, taxes will be much simpler, giving my accountant hope and restoring his sanity. I absolutely love the detailed reports generated by the app based on transaction information!
Cons
It would be more convenient if the transactions could be displayed on my laptop. It would make setting up reports much easier. As my vision deteriorates with age, it's hard to read the numbers, so I have to enlarge them, resulting in a lot of scrolling.

The ease of use is remarkable. I was able to connect my bank accounts, and Stessa automatically imports all the transactions, which I can then categorize. Having a mobile app is convenient because I can quickly categorize items on the go. The responsiveness of the support team is impressive, and they even assisted me in retroactively adding my own Excel sheets to capture the entire year's data.
Cons
There is some initial work required, but that's to be expected no matter what software you use. I would like the ability to program certain monthly items for auto-categorization, which I believe is an option, but I haven't explored it yet.

Pros
I discovered Stessa when looking for a solution to keep my 6 rental properties organized. It has proven to be incredibly helpful in maintaining my organization. The concept behind Stessa is perfect, and it is relatively straightforward to use, allowing me to stay on top of everything.
Cons
What I didn't like is the absence of a toolbar for changing or adding more properties. There might be a glitch in the system. Once this is fixed, I can confidently say that I will use this software 100% of the time to keep my income and expenses organized.
