We've really tried to find something positive about this software but honestly, there isn't anything good we can point to.
Cons
Considering everything from the transition team, customer support, the constant system glitches and the training setup, this has been a terrible experience. Our company has been using the software for more than a month and it has been a nightmare from the start. We were given little to no proper guidance during the transition and once the product was sold and the contract was signed, it felt like we were completely left on our own. We've basically had to teach ourselves how to use the system because all they do is send over links instead of providing real help. To get any actual assistance, we've had to contact higher-level staff and even then we just keep getting passed from one person to another.

Having all of our sites under one login is convenient for us and the website itself looks polished and appealing.
Cons
Installing templates is far more complicated than it should be. The support team didn't seem very trained and often came across like they were just reading from a script. There was also no one-on-one training or real support before launch and on launch day our assigned contact didn't even provide my team with our login details we ended up getting them from the website developer instead.

Onboarding with this system was very simple for our team and the way it works is easy to understand.
Cons

Installing this tool was easy even though I pretty much taught myself how to use it. On the occasions when I run into a problem, the customer support team has been really helpful.
Cons
I honestly can't think of any real downsides. If I had to mention something, I'd say the site could use a different color scheme.

Whenever something comes up, I can call and get someone to guide me through it step by step. It takes away a lot of the stress because there's always a solution to whatever problem happens seriously.
Cons
Password settings need some improvements. It would help if passwords could be shown when updating them. I also wish the full credit card information could be edited in payment methods instead of having to delete it and enter everything again.

Pros
Being fully web-based is a huge plus since I can use it from any device no matter where I am. It also lets us jump between multiple properties from one interface without any hassle and having a full overview of all facilities in the management portal is really useful.
Cons
Customer service could be improved. They tend to close open cases pretty quickly and I'd prefer they make sure everything is fully resolved first so I don't have to open a new ticket again.

The texting, email and incoming call features are definitely the highlight here. Those tools work really well and are the part I enjoy using the most.
Cons
Trying to explore the system to set things up or change letters has been a terrible experience. It's confusing, very difficult to make even small edits and I honestly don't understand why page breaks aren't an option.

Pros
Running my facility by myself is actually manageable with it. I don't have any employees so being able to handle everything virtually is a huge plus. With the electric gate integration and the website features, I can operate the whole business even while I'm 20 miles away.
Cons
One thing that would make it even better is a stronger template manager and clearer email organization. It would help to have a more consolidated view of sent communications and a simpler way to create new templates.

It has been a fantastic tool for us. It keeps everything organized, whether I'm handling everyday tasks or checking on something that only comes up every few months. Being able to log in from anywhere and help tenants right away really makes a difference and it's a big reason we're able to give such strong customer service.
Cons
Our switch from SiteLink to this tool was a little complicated at the beginning. During the first couple of months, we ran into several problems with tenant information not transferring correctly. I had tenants calling about autopay not being taken out and I also noticed missing details like addresses, alternate contacts and other basic information. After working through those issues and getting everything corrected, the software has been fabulous.
