Exploring the system is easy and the updates have made it much simpler to find all the important customer information in one place.
Cons
Using it on mobile is still difficult. When I try to work from my phone, adding a new customer is nearly impossible.

Having all of our sites under one login is convenient for us and the website itself looks polished and appealing.
Cons
Installing templates is far more complicated than it should be. The support team didn't seem very trained and often came across like they were just reading from a script. There was also no one-on-one training or real support before launch and on launch day our assigned contact didn't even provide my team with our login details we ended up getting them from the website developer instead.
