“Software is great, Website hosting is POOR!!!!

Pros

The software is okay functionality wise and after initial learning curve, it is fairly easy, and intuitive to use.

Cons

Storage commander also offers website building and hosting services. Customer service on that side is TERRIBLE!!! No one will speak to you in person, everything is done via email and getting changes to your site done properly is like pulling teeth. They will not even acknowledge receipt of your change requests as all emails go to a general mailbox, so you never know if the intended person, ie web designer, actually received your request for changes.

What stands out the most, aside from the simple installation process, is the ongoing assistance offered throughout every step. Whether it's selecting the item, configuring it, or getting support after training, there's always someone ready to help or answer any questions.

Cons

Like any change, it took me a while to get accustomed to things, but I haven't found any reason to regret the switch.

They took an excessively long time to develop my software. Eventually, I just gave up.

Initially, I was drawn to their pricing because they don't charge per unit, and tech support is free.

From my experience, the software is riddled with bugs. There's a cloud-based version and a standalone version, but I need to use both to get anything done because so many features are broken. I can't even move customers in and process payments half the time. It will charge the customer's credit card but won't complete the move-in process. I also have to take the exact calculated payment amount, or the software won't allow me to process the payment. The calculated paid-through date is incorrect about half the time. "Engineering" has supposedly been working on these issues for the past three months, but it still doesn't work. Tech support is nonexistent. Simple issues get resolved in 3-8 days, but anything sent to engineering seems like it never gets fixed.

The facility map is handy, but the rest of the software is highly buggy and the company poorly managed. Support is nonexistent. They were recently acquired by a payments company and forced us to switch payment processors without any warning.

Cons

The company doesn't offer support, and the software doesn't function properly. They recently forced us to change payment processors, altered payment pricing four times in two weeks, and then canceled it without any notice, leaving us unable to accept payments.

Pros

If you have Storage Commander Cloud, just log in to that ID and enjoy the benefits of this fantastic cloud storage device. It offers contacts, memos, messages, and everything you need with a single click. It's a robust multipurpose application usable on both mobile and desktop. Like all cloud storage apps, it allows you to explore and share files easily. It's a great value for the money and a time-saving tool.

Cons

It performs better with high internet speed, but the configuration improves when upgraded versions are installed. There should be an option for sharing files in bulk for faster data collaboration.

Pros

I really like the feature that lets me effortlessly switch between sites using a drop-down menu and process transactions as if I were physically at each location.

Cons

I feel this software could be improved in how everything is categorized. There are too many sub-menu processes that should be grouped into their own categories. Additionally, the software has a slow loading and refreshing time.

“Five Star for Storage Commander!

Pros

It's easy to use and designed so the average person can understand it. The layout is smooth and intuitive. This is a good product, but the highlight of the company is their customer service, especially the representative who has gone above and beyond to address my questions and concerns, making me feel comfortable transitioning from the standalone to the cloud-based version. Their tech support team is knowledgeable and fairly quick to respond.

Cons

There have been a few glitches, but they are quick to resolve the issues and get things running smoothly again. In the past, they were slow to respond, but in the past few months, I have noticed significant improvement.
