Initially, I was drawn to their pricing because they don't charge per unit, and tech support is free.

Cons

From my experience, the software is riddled with bugs. There's a cloud-based version and a standalone version, but I need to use both to get anything done because so many features are broken. I can't even move customers in and process payments half the time. It will charge the customer's credit card but won't complete the move-in process. I also have to take the exact calculated payment amount, or the software won't allow me to process the payment. The calculated paid-through date is incorrect about half the time. "Engineering" has supposedly been working on these issues for the past three months, but it still doesn't work. Tech support is nonexistent. Simple issues get resolved in 3-8 days, but anything sent to engineering seems like it never gets fixed.

The facility map is handy, but the rest of the software is highly buggy and the company poorly managed. Support is nonexistent. They were recently acquired by a payments company and forced us to switch payment processors without any warning.

The company doesn't offer support, and the software doesn't function properly. They recently forced us to change payment processors, altered payment pricing four times in two weeks, and then canceled it without any notice, leaving us unable to accept payments.

This is a good product, but the highlight of the company is their customer service, especially the representative who has gone above and beyond to address my questions and concerns, making me feel comfortable transitioning from the standalone to the cloud-based version. Their tech support team is knowledgeable and fairly quick to respond.

Cons

There have been a few glitches, but they are quick to resolve the issues and get things running smoothly again. In the past, they were slow to respond, but in the past few months, I have noticed significant improvement.
