I have a minor complaint about the lack of finer control over notifications since I prefer to manage by exception - receiving a notification only if rent is not received.

I love the automated rent collection with monthly notifications, but the chat function with my tenants is perhaps the most frequently used feature. They use it to get approval for repairs, submit expenses, and for me to reimburse them.

Rent deposits take longer than I'd like. If the money were deposited faster, this app would be perfect.

The customer service team through chat is amazing. They respond and help out quickly. The app has made collecting rents easier from all of our properties.

I wish there was a desktop app. Doing everything on my phone is usually fine, but it's difficult when screening tenants. I would also like more customization options for advertising and the application process, such as the ability to screen tenants lightly without a credit check before a showing.

This app was the only option I could find that had everything I wanted for the great price of free! I was looking for a program that could collect rent, automate late fees, and screen tenants. Tellus delivers on all fronts. While I occasionally run into bugs, the support team is available by messenger within one day.

Some features are difficult to use, and the fillable leases and loans are not available to us.

I love that Tellus is an all-in-one marketing, management, payment portal, and communication platform for my real estate business. It does everything we need it to! I don't use all the features, as some are not yet available where we live. Overall, it's a very good app with fantastic support!

I value the capability to gather rent and track income/expenses using the app. Tenants receive notifications about rent deadlines, which streamlines my tasks. The background verification and screening function appears beneficial, although I haven't utilized it yet.

I encountered some difficulties logging in the first time I used the app and couldn't claim my property without contacting support. My tenant also faced challenges getting set up and joining my property. There seem to be some bugs that need fixing.

The customer service is excellent. Both my tenants and I have used it multiple times and always receive prompt responses. Overall, the app is intuitive and offers great value with numerous useful features for setting up and managing an investment property.

I don't have significant complaints since I've only been using this app for six months. Recently, I've had some problems with the accounting features when organizing my income and expenses. There used to be an option to assign an expense category, but either there's a bug in the latest version or I need to reinstall the app, as no categories appear when I try to select one. This might be user error. Another issue is obtaining a proof of payment. It's easy to see in the app, but printing a paper version that shows the tenant's name is tricky. It only displays the property address, which is sometimes fine, but having an option to show "paid by [tenant]" would be helpful.

I wish tracking expenses was easier. Integrating our credit card into the app to automatically import expenses through push notifications would greatly assist with yearly accounting.

Navigating to desired information and menus can be cumbersome. It's app-based only, with no web-based software available yet.

It's glitchy, and the support team is inadequate. The only customer support available is in-app.

They act as a middleman for transferring funds from the renter to me. The renter paid on May 3, and by May 11, I still hadn't received the payment. The chat consultation keeps blaming the banks. I've had my bank for over 30 years, a national bank, with no issues transferring funds.

I recently bought a rental property and needed a comprehensive solution for my new landlord responsibilities. I found this app, which handles everything I need. It offers a variety of features (like receipt management and in-app maintenance requests from tenants), but my favorite is not having to worry about rent since tenants have auto-pay set up. It works very well.
