poor service

Pros

Connecting OTAs through the system works fine and the platform generally performs as expected. Pricing was previously better compared to other options on the market and setup was just simple.

Cons

My biggest issue was the billing conduct. I paid in advance in April 2025 for a full year but they cancelled the subscription without any authorisation from me. After that, they gave only a partial refund and pushed me onto a new monthly plan that cost more than twice as much. Customer support was also very disappointing, with slow and dismissive replies that completely failed to deal with what I see as a clear breach of contract. On top of that, the cancellation created a serious risk for my business because I was suddenly unable to manage my OTA connections properly which opened the door to double bookings and possible financial losses. Making major changes like this without consent shows a real lack of respect for long-term customers.

costly errors with no support

Pros

It integrates with a lot of platforms, pretty much like any standard channel manager. It worked decently when we first started using it but it hasn't stayed at that same level over time.

Cons

A system error on their side caused me to lose PS2.3K. They admitted the mistake was theirs yet offered no compensation at all.

full of glitches and booking issues

Pros

The pricing used to feel fairly reasonable although at this point a lot of better alternatives are even more competitive on price.

Cons

Almost everything was a problem. There were endless glitches from double bookings to reservations not appearing in the calendars. The API integrations with Vrbo and Booking.com were really poor, messaging guests on Vrbo was basically impossible and Rategenie was by far one of the worst features they came up with. I'm genuinely relieved to be done with it. The sales team seemed nice but the product itself was absolutely terrible.

Made things easier for us

Pros

Managing reservations across different portals is really easy with this software which makes things much more convenient.

Cons

It can be a little slow at times to load although that may just be due to my internet connection now and then.

Pros

Their chat support has been really good and the platform is simple to use and integrates well into our workflow.

Clean interface

Pros

The platform has a polished, user-friendly interface that's simple to move around in. Even someone brand new can get comfortable with it pretty quickly without needing a lot of training.

Cons

Core features are simple but some of the more advanced tools especially reporting take a bit longer to fully learn. That said they do offer free training sessions which definitely helps.

Outstanding customer service

Pros

Every time I've reached out, their team has been professional and incredibly fast to respond, no matter which communication channel I used. They really take the time to look into the issue and work hard until it's resolved in a way that feels satisfactory.

Cons

I haven't come across anything to dislike at this point.

terrible support and wasted time

Pros

There really aren't any positives to mention. The customer service has been awful and even the people I tried contacting seem to be leaving the company.

Cons

This team ended up wasting a huge amount of my time. We reached out to customer service again and again, sat waiting in lobbies forever and still kept getting left hanging every single time. To this day, I still haven't spoken with an actual representative.

VERY HELPFUL TOOL

Pros

Since I wasn't using the second floor of my house, I wanted to make better use of that space. Someone recommended this platform to list it as an Airbnb rental so I decided to try it. The platform worked perfectly, I didn't run into any issues while using it and I was able to find a renter very quickly.

Cons

As I continue using it, I'll see whether any negative points come up.

simple Airbnb scheduling tool

Pros

Using this product has been very easy. It works well for people like me who need a way to schedule Airbnb rentals.

Great customer support experience

Pros

One thing that really stood out was how well they support their customers and make sure people get real value from using their products.

Cons

Efficient calendar management

Pros

This software's calendar management worked well and was easy to use for us.

Cons

An issue was that it didn't integrate with Tripadvisor, even though that was one of the two OTAs we were using.

Excellent customer support

Pros

Product quality has been really impressive and the customer support has been outstanding. The tutorials and articles are also excellent, packed with useful information and practical tips that help us get the best possible results from the software.

Cons

It took me a bit of time to figure out all the features at first but whenever I needed help, support responded within minutes.

embarrased us in front of our guests

Pros

It's frustrating to even write this because I've been using this platform for a few months and until recently the platform had seemed fairly decent overall. The system was simple to use and the support team has usually been pleasant and helpful when I've needed them in the past.

Cons

Despite being helpful for months it embarrased us last night when a family of four arrived at our property with their dog and had nowhere to stay because they had been double booked one reservation through Airbnb and another through Booking.com. We were left dealing with understandably upset guests who had a valid booking and were standing at the door of a property that was already occupied. We then had to rush around trying to find them somewhere else to stay which is especially difficult on a Saturday night in this area particularly with a dog. In the end, we found them a room at a hotel and persuaded the hotel to accept the dog but we had to cover the cost ourselves because their booking with us was legitimate. That left us covering their stay out of our pocket and we'll probably lose even more once the negative review comes through. I'm sure it will have some technical explanation for why this happened but to me this is a fundamental failure of the most basic function I expect from a channel manager. I also want to be fair and include their side of it but there was nobody available to speak to until Monday.

user-friendly product

Pros

In our experience, very simple to use and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone.

Cons

From our assessment, the only thing worth mentioning is the integration but overall it's still very simple to use and something I'd gladly recommend to others.

Helpful support every time

Pros

whenever I run into a question, Ahsaan on the support line is always there to help. He quickly sets up a Teams link and works through the issue with me until it's resolved. He's been consistently supportive and very helpful.

Cons

Some parts of the system are not very simple to use and I'd also like to see more customer reports available.
