hosting boost with smart sales

Pros

This platform really improves the guest hosting experience while saving hosts a significant amount of time in their day-to-day management. It also opens up strong cross-selling opportunities which can help increase host income and support more effective direct sales efforts.

Cons

nothing notable to complain about. It's a dynamic platform that keeps evolving and regularly adds new service features.

fantastic support and practical workflow

Pros

Using this tool has made my day-to-day work much easier. The platform is user-friendly, simple to understand and simple to use. On top of that the support team has been amazing.. helpful, friendly and always wonderful to deal with.

Cons

It would be even more useful if it could integrate directly with more OTAs and pass along the information needed for tax office reporting. I understand that missing connections with some channels is not entirely something Tourmie can solve on its own but having that option would still be very valuable.

Great guest guide platform

Pros

Tourmie has been a really user-friendly platform for our short-term rental business especially for sending guest guides and booking details. The customer support has been excellent as well and Kiriaki is incredibly knowledgeable.

Cons

The branding options are a little limited at the moment. It would be even better if the pages could look more like our own website so the branding felt more consistent.

Valuable and unique

Pros

From the very first contact through setting up the partnership and all the way to the link guests receive, the whole service has been excellent. It really adds a personal touch and makes every guest feel valued and unique.

Cons

Nothing specific comes to mind right now although I'm sure there's always room for improvement.

Powerful hospitality toolkit

Pros

Having everything from online check-in to upselling and cross-selling tools in one platform has been a huge plus. The digital concierge, automated invoicing and multichannel guest communication features all work really well together and the interface is very user-friendly. On top of that the support team has been helpful whenever needed.

Cons

At this point I honestly don't have anything negative to say.

Pros

Using this has been a really positive experience. The interface feels very user-friendly and the online check-in process has been especially valuable for our business.

Cons

There still aren't many options available for SMS campaigns. It would be even better if we could create custom SMS and email campaigns.

Pros

It does a really good job of automating guest data collection and sending out check-in details which saves time and keeps things organized.

Cons

The payment process for concierge services could be better and feels less convenient than the rest of the platform.

The property descriptions do a really nice job of explaining the house and highlighting the amenities clearly.
