“Saves me money

Pros

Managing my properties and tenants with TurboTenant is really easy. It helps me keep track of payments in different forms, handle leases and renewals and even sends automated emails to tenants. Plus tenants can pay through the portal or online which is awesome.

Cons

Some useful features are locked behind different plans which is understandable but we initially thought tenants could pay online without extra fees. Turns out there is a pretty high processing cost. If we know that upfront, we could have informed tenants better. Also there is no way to see these fees unless you ask or the tenant tries to pay. It was not the best first impression but I get why they do it.

“Easy to use but has bugs

Pros

I find the platform to be pretty simple and really easy to navigate.

Cons

There are a lot of glitches when switching between pages or loading which causes problems for me.

Pros

Overall it is a complete software as it allows us to promote our rental units, accept rental applications online, screen tenants and collect rent payments all through this software.

Cons

The program sometimes freezes and I get way too many marketing emails.

TurboTenant software is honestly pretty easy to use. Plus being a landlord has gotten so much simpler for me now thanks to it.

Well the initial setup was a bit rough around the edges but after that everything ran very well for me.

The app and website are both so simple and user-friendly. As everything I need is right there in one place.

I liked having all the tools I needed gathered together in one platform.

Leads were rare and mostly did not go anywhere. Plus the pre-screening they advertised never happened with most potential tenants. Also the lease tool did not let me make the changes I needed.

Honestly there was nothing good about it for me. Like nothing at all.

Cons

They gave false info like the applicant had seven evictions but TurboTenant's report showed none. And it is hard for me to believe they are still in business with that kind of error.

I like the fact that the application fee is paid by the applicant not the landlord.

The website is not very easy to navigate in a few spots but as a whole I would say it is not hard to use or set up.

Pros

We look after four small properties and this software has really helped us stay organized. The basic account is free and the premium upgrade is quite affordable considering everything it offers. Plus their customer support is excellent too.

Cons

The financial dashboard can be tricky to use properly at times and there are a few small features I wish it had but it does not.

I prefer software that is easy to use and this meets that requirement. Also I like the fact that it allows me to handle everything on my own.

The thing I like the most about it is that it makes the usually complicated and overwhelming tasks of property management much simpler.

Well the main issue is that there are no admin user roles, so we have to share accounts which sometimes log us out and mix up our info.

Pros

TurboTenant has made becoming a landlord really easy. I have got state specific leases ready to sign electronically. Plus potential renters can apply online, I can run background checks and approve them with just a click. Using TurboTenant for monthly payments is also very simple, not only for me but for my tenants too.

Cons

If I had to mention tiny issues I would say a tenant once got confused and paid by credit card without knowing about the fee. She was not very tech savvy so it took some time to help her switch to ACH payments. Also it sometimes takes 3 to 4 days for money to reach my account after tenants pay but everything else is so simple I am okay with that.

It is user-friendly and I really like the accounting features. Plus the electronic lease signing makes everything smooth and hassle free.

I do not have any negatives to share.

The whole rental process is covered from start to finish from advertising to signing leases with the best tenants. Plus being able to speak with a specialist on the phone is huge for me. And the webinars and other resources are available anytime. Also it offers the best customer service I have experienced in years of running my business.

Cons

Faced some trouble navigating the website but it might have happened because I am not very tech-savvy. However I am getting better with practice.

It helps me manage tenants through the lease process, create leases and collect rent directly into my bank account. Overall it is amazing.

Cons

Some of my tenants struggle using the site and I myself also find it a bit hard to navigate.

TurboTenant makes listing properties and drafting lease agreements easy and pretty simple for me.

Cons

The lease agreement looks a bit unusual to me compared to traditional ones.

Pros

Rent collection is not a simple task for me and pretty quick. Plus they even offer ready made leases and other rental documents that include state regulations which is great too.

It would be nice if I could export chat transcripts but for now that's not possible.
