Clean, easy-to-use interface

Pros

I love Urbest's interface. The dashboard is clean, neat and really easy to understand.

Cons

The email notifications are in French and I haven't found a way to switch them to English yet. It's a minor issue but something to be aware of.

Simple for on-site work and messaging

Pros

The app is very simple to use, lets us track on-site work and has instant messaging with users.

Cons

There's sometimes a delay between when a request is sent and when the notification is received... it can take several minutes. We've also had feedback that tenants find it difficult to submit requests when their main registered contact is absent.

easy to implement and use for task management

Pros

Its main strengths are how easy it is to implement and use. Onboarding service providers is simple and you can always see the status of every task. It automates collecting and presenting feedback on completed work and it handles both planned and reactive jobs.

Cons

It's important to know this isn't a full facilities management suite with lots of modules. Its real strength is task management and it does that very well.

simple and modern for facility management

Pros

I love its simplicity, user-friendliness, modern approach and workflow. It makes facility management so simple, it's surprising we didn't switch sooner. Giving all building users a tool to report issues is like tracking a pizza order..... everyone should have it. Having a clear workflow helps FM teams organize and react faster with full transparency. It's a step toward a self-service FM model linked to a marketplace for on-demand workers which is likely where the industry is headed.

Cons

While integration with our existing CAFM system is possible, the overlapping features have made it confusing for our IT team to define responsibilities. Direct integration with our purchasing/finance system might work better but the interface and monitoring would need to be very reliable to gain team trust. The app has potential to do much more.. like geolocation, wayfinding, and community features... if it wants to stand on its own rather than just being integrated into other platforms.

easy, scalable with geotagging

Pros

It's easy, simple, efficient, scalable and includes geotagging. Implementation was simple, the design is friendly and the manager web service, reporting and statistics are great.

Cons

Users need to be connected to use it and you have to convince both customers and tenants to adopt it. We often need to guide tenants through the process.
