New Hotel with New PMS

Pros

One of my favorite features of the Cloud version of Visual Matrix is the Dashboard. It allows me to access all the important daily information from one screen. The entire system is user friendly and easy to train on. During the setup process, we received fantastic assistance from the team, who was always available to answer questions and provide help.

Cons

The online training was lengthy and lacked hands-on opportunities. However, once I had the chance to see and work in the system, learning the ins and outs became much easier.

Visual Matrix Cloud

Pros

Being cloud-based allows me to use it from anywhere. I can create links when forming a group, enabling them to book directly. The customer service team usually responds promptly. I can easily block off rooms, post internal comments, and make individual reservations.

Cons

Occasionally, glitches occur and even customer service is unable to determine the cause. Reinstating group blocks can be challenging.

Pros

I appreciate how Visual Matrix helps me perform my job. Some of the functions are straightforward and easy to use.

Cons

The system is not particularly simple as it is said. It's difficult to go back and review specific details in the middle of a problem, such as a price, without going through multiple steps. It would be much easier if the original window could be pulled up to view details instead of being required to process something. I frequently encounter the message "balance needs to be 0 before you can exit this screen."

Pros

Right after submitting my inquiry a customer representative promptly contacted me. They were extremely thorough and asked all the relevant questions to better understand and assist my needs.

Cons

Cost is crucial for our small business. Some programs are expensive but I received a good list of options.
