Visual activity tracking

Pros

A strong point is the visual layout and the way it gives a quick reference for deal activity.

Cons

One issue that comes up fairly often is inconsistent details, like suite numbers, square footage and similar fields, between the deal tracking section and the spaces or stacking plan areas once a lease has been executed. I still see cases where a space is marked vacant even after the deal for that space is already completed. It really feels like the deal execution workflow needs a reconciliation step. Because of that, we end up questioning whether the occupancy/vacancy calculations and the stacking plan are actually up to date. On the reporting side, it would also help if users had more control over what gets included in exports.

Financial entry issues

Pros

Navigating the software is pretty easy and the customer service team has been helpful whenever needed.

Cons

There seem to be quite a few glitches when entering the financial details of a deal.

Easy navigation workspace

Pros

Getting around this software is probably its biggest advantage. I also appreciated several features, like the daily email updates, the way it showed whether a proposal was more or less profitable and how simple it was to add or remove spaces.

Cons

Honestly, I can't really point to any real downsides. The only thing that comes to mind is more of a suggestion than a complaint, I'd love to see some market research included. For example, it would be helpful to view other leases in my area that are coming up within the next six months or so. That would make it easier to target new tenants with my marketing efforts.

very easy

Pros

Entering new deals and keeping them updated is very easy. Once I give landlords access to view active deals, we can communicate right in the platform about where everything stands and what still needs to happen to keep deals progressing.

Cons

At times, navigation can be a little tricky. It may just be my desktop setup but the formatting occasionally gets mixed up.

Effective communication features

Pros

The communication tool and the deal matrix are both really useful.

Cons

It took me a little while to get comfortable with it since it wasn't quite simple enough for my taste.
